Ravenleaf walked out of camp and began to head her way over to the twolegplace. She heard the fumbling of Rabbitspring and she thought, try to be quiet Rabitspring. She knew his shoulder wound wasn’t fully healed, but he had to do something in the mean time. Besides, losing his kit, Sandkit, who must be in Starclan by now since she wasn’t that old and couldn’t take care of herself on her own yet had depressed the tom. Ravenleaf did feel pity for the tom and his mate as they had already lost one to being still-born and one that was rather odd. She didn’t have time to worry about such nonsense. She ran through the trees and made her way towards the twoleg place.

The sweet and gentle she cat purred as she blinked blue eyes. The stubborn and wild dilute calico smiled as she looked at the little ones. She then looked to her mate. She said “I am definitely tired, and maybe a little thirsty.”

The mostly white calico kitten, whose eyes would be light blue and green, squeaked. He stopped nursing and fell asleep.

The gray tabby kitten with the high white yawned a bit. She too stopped nursing to go to sleep against her mother now.

The happy and lucky but stubborn and wild brown mackerel tabby nodded. He said “Sure we can,” and put one down.

The sweet and happy but shy and nervous she cat looked at him. The calico, more red than black, flicked her tail. She said “You’re welcome,” and watched him. She then spotted a squirrel, and began to stalk the gray creature.

The black male hummed a feline sound, twitching his ears and whiskers. He flicked his white tipped tail a couple times. Blue and brown eyes looked around.

Her green eyes followed her son. But she shook her head, returning to groom herself while she licked her chest. Smoothing out her bristling fur. Only getting madder at herself for abandoning Badgerpaw when he was about to become an apprentice. The death of her mate just annoyed her; Why couldn't it been her, instead of her mate. She huffed lightly before she watched the other cats. Making sure she didn't butt into anything. Unless she was spoken to. But she usually sat, keeping to herself.

Jerking his head up towards a noise. His eyes glistened before he quietly got himself up. Walking out of the den. Curious about what went by. Once his nose hit the sunlit area. A horrid smell wafted him, he wrinkled his nose back in disgust while he looked around. He couldn't tell what it was. But there was a trace of a dog. Great, dogs. That's what he needed now. They're half the size of a cat.

He winced at the moody tone and said quietly, “Ok.” He went back to silent eating. It seemed like Badgerpaw wasn’t in the mood to talk to him, or anyone really.

Hollowpaw nodded and said, “It’s ok. It’s my fault. I’m really annoying and talkative and it can get annoying.” He gave a nervous chuckle and tore back into his prey.

Accalia shivered and said, “Dogs are scary.” She sat down next to him and leaned her head on his shoulder and stared up at him lovingly. She turned to one of her sons and whispered, “Just dog scent, but don’t worry it’s ok. It’s been gone a few hours the scent smells like. Just go back to sleep love.” She licked his head reassuringly and returned her head back to her mate’s pelt.

Leoheart said, “I’ll go get some water for you.” He got up to grab some moss from the little tree in camp. He soaked it in the little water pool close to the little tree and walked over to Skyeyes, being careful not to get the kits wet. He set it down next to her and laid down beside her again. He bent down to lick the kits fur backwards to keep them warm.

Lily grumbled and Tansywhisker’s spoiled kit, Frecklekit, basked in the sun. Since her mother, Tansywhisker, and her father, Cedar, left camp, Frecklekit had been a whiny kit. Of course Emberstar had told Lily to take care of Frecklekit and her stupid sister, Mossykit. She was still grieving her daugther, who was most likely dead when she snuck out of camp one night and grew lost. Lily growled at Frecklekit, “Get up you lazy bum.” She heard the kit squeak and she saw the kit waddle into the nursery. Lily thought, Frecklekit was almost an apprentice and she had to start acting like it. Lily hoped that Frecklekit would have some sense knocked into her. She looked over at her son and smiled as he was playing with Tinypaw. Preston told her the day before when Tinypaw was still a kit that he loved being her friend because she was fun and so kind. Lily stared at her son, reminded of her brown tabby daugther. She remembered seeing the sadness on Hunterkit as he heard of his best friend and only friend, Fern, was most likely dead, not even after he heard the news of his sister Sandkit was missing.

Would anyone be willing to take on Fern. She is a kit who is close to apprentice age. Mother is Lily and brother is Preston. I really want her in the RP still so if someone could take her on that would be appreciated. Fern is a brown tabby she-cat with orange eyes and her personality should be close to a fun-loving kit with a bunch of energy and a kind kit as well. Can someone also maybe take on Sandkit, 1-2 moon old kit who’s mother is Fawnheart, father is Rabbitspring, sister is Stormkit, brother is Hunterkit. She is a sand colored kit with yellow eyes. If anyone can take on one or both, please let me know.

Ravenleaf said, “Let’s split up. Kestrelleaf, I want you to go with Rabbitspring to protect him as you mark the scents from right here to the flat rocks way down the border. I’ll go the other way. We can meet up back here And then do a bit of hunting before we head back to camp.”
