I feel like random people not even in this RP are voting...Which I feel like shouldn’t be allowed, bc why would they care?

We actually had that problem on a wolf RP. The creator put up a poll for...something affecting the wolves, and knew exactly how many of us were active. She noticed more votes than people. So she told us she thought random people were voting.
