5/10 - if you asked me this a year or two ago I would say it’s horrendously ugly and not my style, but now I don’t mind it as much! Kinda cute in a dorky way! Still not a fav of mine though, it’s just kinda “eh”.

Cute pokemon! I love its pokedex entry and it's adorable as well. It's evolution is not only ugly, but pretty useless competitively though, which takes off points for me.

9/10 - Super adorable and is a part of one of my favorite evolution lines! I would give a 10/10, but it evolves into Dragonite, so I can't give it a perfect score because... Dragonite exists haha.
