"Goodnight." August replied to him and went into the room where his bed was and laid down for the night.

Travis sighed, wondering how he’d gotten himself into this as he laid back and pulled the blanket over him.

August slept perfectly though the night, snoring softly as the temperatures dropped outside.

Travis groaned as he started to shiver through his thin blanket, sighing as he managed to fall asleep despite that. He waked up tiredly as his phone rang.

August was up and in the kitchen, making breakfast and sipping coffee as he cooked.

Travis looked at the phone screen, rejecting the call from his roommate and standing up. He stretched with a long yawn.

"Want some breakfast?" August asked him as he saw him.

"Uh, sure. What're you making?"

"French toast"
