Burningleaf cordially excused himself before chasing Tawnykit around in circles, not quick enough to actually catch the kit, but fast enough to keep Tawnykit engaged. After a bit of this, he made a great show of catching her and tickled her with sheathed paws, his tail waving excitedly the whole time.

Tawnykit:

I squealed with excitement as Burningleaf caught me and tickled me with his paws. I battered his belly playfully with my back paws. I reached up and licked Burningleaf’s nose playfully

His eyes widened in glee as Tawnykit gave him a playful lick on the nose. Giddy, he sat up. "Thank you," he said to her and Sageleap. "You know what, I think I'm going to let the medicine cats speak with you exclusively." He nodded his head to each of the cats in turn, playfully batting at Tawnykit as his goodbye to her. "I can consult you about the possibility of earning all of my lives another time. Right now I think I want to have a conversation with Rowanscar." He smiled at them all and woke up. He saw the medicine cats asleep around him. He quickly caught a plump rabbit for them to share when they woke and went on his way back to the Forest Runners, wanting to snuggle up next to his mate and dream of having a family with her.

W I L L O W S P L A S H
She watched Burningleaf with interest. Nothing she had been told about him before would have lead her to except the kind tom that he was during the moments prior. She felt conflicted. Turning to Sageleap, Bramblewind, Pollenflower, and the two kits, she opened her mouth. "Do you think StarClan will give him nine lives?" She looked between the cats anxiously.

Larksong:

I woke to the early morning light that came into the barn. Parry walked in through the barn door with a large fish in his jaws. I jumped down from the rafters onto the soft hay below. He dropped the fish in front of me “Your breakfast Larksong” I looked at the fish and then looked at him. I laid down to eat it and started to rip off some pieces “Do you want some?” I asked between mouthfuls “I sure would” he replied as he laid down next to me with his tail over my back



Tawnykit:

I watched as Burningleaf left. Good thing I was a Starclan cat. I walked into the waking world and found Burningleaf “Hello! Can I meet your family? Can we play more? Birdkit never wants to play, he’s SO boring”

Tawnykit amused Burningleaf as he walked into the rising sun against the waves. "Of course. I would love to keep playing with you." He led Tawnykit to the Forest Runners camp, where many cats were asleep. He listened to the sounds of the ocean before helping Tawnykit up to the twoleg structure, where he found Rowanscar asleep. He curled up next to her, resting his head on her flank, and watched the sunrise. "I bet you get much better views is StarClan," he whispered to Tawnykit.

(I absolutely ADORE Tawnykit! Also, I'm gonna try to sleep, bye!)

I looked at the sunrise, mesmerized by it’s beauty. “The views in Starclan get old, the sky never changes, just the same old thing” I looked back to the sunrise “But this.. this is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen” I laid against Burningleaf, waiting for his family to wake so that I could meet them

She sighed guiltily. "I was there when she came to you... you didn't know because I came as a spirit. I was anxious and nervous about leaving you but she asked to be with you so I..." Her voice sounded choked.
