The brown tabby tom swished his tail and grinned. He laid down next to his mate and grabbed Cloverkit gently by the scruff to bring her closer to him. He then started grooming the little kit "I've never been happier Tanglefur"

I watched the kits with warmth and pride. I set Cloverkit down and started to groom Ivorykit. I then moved on to Badgerkit. I finished grooming the kits, layed my head on my paws, and fell asleep

Silentpaw smiled warmly at Thrushwink, she could feel a warmth spread across her fur, as if the sun was shining directly on her."Hello, Thrushwink!"

He looked away sheepishly, "I brought you a feather..." He went over by her semi-floofy tail and twined the fur together so it would stay in her tail. "You like it? I've been practicing on a few squirrels with some different feathers."

She looked around the camp, distraught. She saw Wolfstar on the opposite side of camp, so she figured it was best to tell him before anyone else. "Wolfstar?"

Wolfstar seemed preoccupied. "I'll make this quick," she meowed, throat tightening. "Another cat has been killed within our borders." A year slid down her cheek. "Littlepaw and I found Duskspirit's body close to the hunting grounds."

He snapped his head back to her. "WHAT?!" He bellowed, more than angry. "Why would he disobey orders and go off alone? Oh starclan please give me patients and sanity!" He started to show the anxiety he's been hiding. "Please, I know it hurts but bring me to his body." He hopped on his rock and called for his clan. "EVERYBODY Duskspirit has been killed I want volunteers to stay here with the queens and others to follow me to retrieve his body-" He had flashbacks of him making him a warrior and he choked back small tears. "Let's... let's go everybody who wants to come."
