↳ appearance
spottedswan is a lanky, tall molly with long legs and a long tail. she has a long coat with a white base to it and silver tabby dappled patches all over, notably over her right eye and right ear, along her flank and legs, and even on her tail. she has pale, blue-green eyes and small nose, with a longer muzzle and large eyes. her ears have tufted points and she has small, graceful paws. she's known for her elegance, agility skills, balance, and speed.

spottedswan is primarily known for her beauty, grace, and charm, but her personality shines just as bright. she's smart, witty, and kind. she's a motherly, compassionate figure who would go many lengths to help those she cares about. she loves and cares for others unconditionally and her love knows no bounds. spottedswan is a very nurturing character, always there to lend an ear, advice, or a helping hand. she was definitely a flirt in her earlier days, especially as an apprentice. she caught the eye of many a tom but only settled down when she got older and realized how much she wanted a family of her own. spottedswan is very devoted and loyal, it doesn't matter what you try to convince her, she won't budge from her commitments. in relationships both romantic and platonic, she takes on a motherly role and adores to take care of others around her. she's the type of cat to ask you how your day is every day and genuinely care about your answers, no matter how 'boring' others would consider them. she's a listener and enjoys listening to others more than speaking to them, but will butt in with her input if she feels necessary. although spottedswan comes off very polite and quiet, she won't let herself be walked over. she's much stronger than she seems and isn't one to be taken for a fool, taken for granted, or messed with. she extends that to her loved ones, and anyone who messes with them has to deal with her wrath and sharp tongue. her insults are quick, brash, and straight to the point. although she's very kind, she can turn very quickly when provoked. she's extremely spiritual with a heavy faith in starclan as well, and it's not uncommon to see her just outside the gorge praying in the middle of the night.

↳ history
spottedswan was born to a molly named heatherfall and a tom named bouldercrush. the two were very hard on her, neither of them were in love or really wanted to be parents to begin with, so when they were surprised with a litter of five, they weren't exactly thrilled. spottedkit was the middle child of her siblings, three toms and two mollies. her parents definitely picked a favorite kit, a tom named thornkit. he was the golden child, the one everyone wanted to be. after a while, spottedkit gave up on finding affection or even approval from her parents. they were too focused on getting back to their warrior duties. as apprentices, she grew more distant from her siblings and threw herself into her training. she met her future mate while training, and luckily for her, the two ended up falling in love. she was grateful to be able to meet someone good to and for her. the night before their warrior ceremony, the two asked the leader for permission to be paired together and their request was accepted. ever since, the two have been inseparable, practically joined at the hip, and spottedswan couldn't be more in love or happy. tragedy struck though, the two decided to have kits quite young, right out of their apprenticeship. spottedswan had a rough pregnancy, and only one kit was delivered alive. two were stillborn, and their only kit, who was named flowerkit, died shortly after birth due to complications. spottedswan dealt with depression for a bit, grieving the loss, and eventually moved on and went back to her warrior duties. after a while, her mate asked if she would want to try to have kits again, and she agreed. her dream was always to be a mother, and when her second pregnancy was significantly healthier and easier on her body, she was grateful for all the nights she spent praying to starclan to let her have kittens. now, she's a few weeks away from giving birth.

spottedswan is open for friends, rivals, and siblings!
she was born into a litter of five, her mother was a silver patched tabby with green eyes and her father was a fluffy pure white cat with blue eyes.

if you're interested in playing her mate, the two fell in love as apprentices and were approved to become mates when they became warriors. they tried to have a previous litter of kits, but none survived. now, spottedswan is expecting 3. depending on the father's coloring, i'm not sure what their appearances would be yet. however, all 3 are open to play!

⊰ ✧ ── personality long : cloudstep ... quite honestly has one of the biggest hearts in the camp and a heart full of pure gold, there is not a mean bone in this toms body. liked by everyone although he is an extrovert he is a quite extrovert, sometimes taking time for himself to recoup. with an considerate and genuine nature, he is liked by many and has a soft heart. he is a somewhat sensitive tom but he does not let thing's bother him for long and has the ability to push through what is upsetting him, this being said he is emotionally sensitive to other people's emotions and he seems to have become a point of contact should anyone need any help, perhaps this is just because he is so easy to approach. he is a very clever tom, and likes to figure out solutions to any problem, preferring to think logically and carefully about these situations, this being said pressure does not help him. a very affectionate tom he loves his family and friends.

⊰ ✧ ── history : both cloudsteps parents raised him to be a understanding and kind hearted tom, a tom the whole clan would like, this he certainly has achieved. right from the minute he could walk he was out offering other cats help - though as a small kit he often got in the way, not that anyone seemed to mind. as an apprentice he became stead fast friends with spottedpaw, and would often flirt with her a little during training breaks, enjoying her company. not long after he realised he was beginning to fall for the beautiful molly as she was perfect in all manners in his eyes. just before they were made warriors they both made the decision to ask the clan leader whether they would be allowed to become mate instead of assigned to two completely different cats whom they had no interest for. much to their delight their request was accepted. when they decided to have their first set of kits, cloudstep couldn't be more excited, he was so happy to be starting a family, but the day of his families birth did not go well. the three kits they had sadly passed away, and although this broke his heart, he was just happy that spottedswan was still alive, as her pregnancy had been a difficult one. his love for his mate never died, even as she struggled with depression after the death of their kits. he stayed by her night and day, barely leaving her side, not wanting her to suffer alone. but eventually she moved on and began to concentrate on her warrior duties again, allowing them to go on hunting trips together and patrols, still he rarely left her side. a few moons ago cloudstep recently made the tentative decision to ask if she would be willing to try for kits again, to which she agreed. now she is only a few weeks away from giving birth and he can barely contain his excitement, though deep down inside he is preparing himself should something go wrong. starclan please let this go right.
