There are no 2021 store pets released yet which is why I do not give store pet advice referring to 2021 values.

Every year, values go up , (just like c$ prices) to accommodate the new year store pets & the value increase of the storepets because they do not get re-released, hope that explains it :) !
(( it is done like this every year so people don't get underpay for their pets! ))

I am well aware, but in past years people didn't update to using the new year's values until the year's store pets are released.

They're overpaying quite a lot!
Their items are from Christmas 2012.
Your items are from 2012 Valentines (Bitter Sweetheart, Deepblush) The candybow from The 2012 Birthday Event(believe it or not haha - i thought it was the Valentines event!), the steampunk-esque items are from June 2012, the armbands from the 2014 Egyptian Summer Event , and the last two are from the 2020 Carnival Event !
Their items covers your 2012 items, and the rest of your items can cover the 2014 rare rabbit & the 2020 PPS uncommon mouse!

I'd say they're overpaying, by quite a bit as well.
- bitter sweetheart = 2012 c/uc
- deep blush = 2012 c/uc
- candy bow = 2012 c/uc
- leather goggles, wristband = 2012 c/uc ea.
- arm band (x3) = incomplete sets, so 2014 common ea.
- celestial jewellery (x3) = 2020 common ea.
your side adds up to at max., a 2012 rare (4 2012 uncommons, or 2 2013 rares) + 2012 uncommon, 3 2014 commons, and 3 2020 commons.
their side has the 2 2013 rares, 2012 uncommon, 2013 uncommon (=2 2014 uncommons), and a 2014 rare as well as other pets and 2012 items. they're overpaying with the 2014 rare and other pets as is.
to make it fair on both sides, I'd remove the items they are offering, and all pets after the 2013 uncommon.
edit: just saw the response above - I don't quite agree that the rest of your items would cover the 2014 rare, because they're from incomplete sets and on their own are not worth that much. just my two cents!
