Hope you feel better! The quest meeting is set to start soon! (As soon as Mira and Delilah's interaction finishes, to be precise - either my next Mira post or the one after that). Not a lot plot-wise is happening until then; the campers who are leaving are saying their goodbyes, and generally hanging around the dining pavilion until the meeting starts.
If anyone has any specifics to add, feel free to!

Dora has two main weapons, one for distance fighting, and one for close-quarter combat.
The Prophet - This fine longbow has been rigorously constructed of only the finest celestial bronze. Its string is made from deluxe grass fiber, it's a very uncommon material around these parts of the world. The limbs have been decorated with animal scales and end in slight curves shaped like blades. The handle is wrapped in coarse hide and decorated with symbolic writing. The modest quiver is made from coarse hide and is supposed to be worn around the archer's back. The outer side has been decorated with Harpy, Pegasus, and Griffin feathers.
Sting - A short, wide, curved blade made of celestial bronze is held by a grip wrapped in low-cost, bronze snake leather. A fine, sharp point makes this weapon a perfect choice if you wish to puncture your enemies to death with ruthless speed and precision. The blade has a wide, warped cross-guard, creating the ideal weight balance to allow for smooth and accurate swings with this blade. The cross-guard has a jeweled raven head on each side, something that Dora had asked one of the Hephaestus kids to add, in honor of her father Apollo. A fairly small pommel is decorated with a rare gem, fine details that prove how carefully this weapon was crafted.
Kingsfall - Dora also has a small dagger attached to her hip at all times, but unlike her other weapons it's made from a different metal. A mixture of titanium and obsidian and the small handle is jeweled with a garnet, which is Dora's birthstone. This small weapon was a gift from her brother on her thirteenth birthday and is only to be used against non-monsters.

Powers:
Biological Assimilation - Dora uses this ability almost daily, it allows her to absorb certain parts of different biological things. This mostly consists of plants, animals, and on occasion people. Thankfully this doesn't cause any permanent harm to anyone or anything, only some mild fatigue. She can use this to ramp up her physical strength, heal herself, or change how she looks. She for the most part has only practiced making her hair color, and length different, and her skin tone change. This of course has a limit, and only lasts so long.
Voice Projection - This is her only power connected to her legacy, or as she calls her Grandma Muta. Dora seems to think that the worst (read best) comes from Grandma Muta, with her power of voice projection. You'd think when someones called the goddess of silence, you'd have something to do with silence right? Either way, this power gives her the ability to project her voice out to the point it could be heard for miles. While she doesn't have much control over just how loud it can get, but she has been able to shatter glass before.
Psychometry - Dora has no real control over this power, which can be kind of horrifying for her. The ability allows her to gain knowledge of an object or person via touch. Objects or people with a turbulent past tend to make this ability activate. So she doesn't often touch people outside close family and friends. Fortunately or unfortunately this doesn't allow her to see into the future, only the past. One of the biggest downsides to this though is that if she holds on long enough, she may see a person's or object's history all the way back to its making.

Physical Description
While Dora is not really one most would call beautiful or naturally pretty, there is an air of innocents around her that makes her hard to miss. She's a small thing really, standing only at around five foot two, but like most demi-gods, she has some muscle on her. The young woman has an athletic body, sleek muscles one would see on a runner or swimmer. Dora was born with a dollop of ginger hair on her head, and it's developed into a large mass of messy red hair. While said hair isn't curly, it really is just a mess and she doubts that even three bottles of hair spray and a whole team of Aphrodite children could make it better. Her eyes are large, wide-set on her face, and colored like emeralds. She has a splattering of dark freckles on her, mostly on her cheeks and nose. Her face is soft, and rounded but not chubby, as her cheeks are rather aristocratic. She has a small slightly down-turned button nose, and thin pink lips. Dora has naturally tan skin, which she gets from the fact that she's a third-generation Indian-American and second-generation Italian-American.
Dora doesn't have a set style, she's the kind of girl that will just throw clothes on as long as they're clean and don't clash too much. There are two things that she'll ever refuse to wear, pink and plaid. She'll probably either throw up or burn any clothes that are both pink and plaid. Honestly, it's probably both. Though it should be said that Dora typically has a few main colors in her closet. Purple, black, red, blue, and white, all of the varying shades and styles. Oddly enough, Dora likes suspenders and wears them often. She has a few pairs, most go with certain outfits, but her favorite is a Harley Davidson that she got from her maternal grandfather for her birthday a few years ago.
A few scars dapple her body, though these can be covered rather easily. A small stab wound in her left shoulder, a few cuts on her right arm and a number of faded dogs bite in random places. She doesn't currently have any tattoo's but she plans to get a few when she gets older, maybe a crescent moon and star on a shoulder or hip, a scale and whip on a thigh, and a raven with a Laurel wreath in its mouth on her back.

Personality & Background
The first word that comes to mind when it comes to Dora is Innocent. For the most part, despite the fact that Dora hasn't had an easy life, - before or after arriving at camp half-blood - she retains her youthful innocents. For the most part, she is a pacifist, though she will defend herself if she has to. Though she will apologize afterward, and even offer to heal them if they need it. This of course excludes Monsters and other true enemies. Because of her innocents, Dora can be seen as a bit childish at times, sometimes even resorting to stomping her feet when she's upset. That being said, she's a gentle soul, willing to help those who ask and those that don't. She's also responsible and hardworking, so she tends to get things done. But everyone has a dark side. Despite her innocents - preserved or not - Dora is quite vindictive, a bit crass, and more than a bit cynical.
There are times where she'll mutter under her breath, cursing people out and planning elaborate embarrassing pranks on those that have pissed her off for one reason or another. That being said, they are never truly harmful, at least not physically. Thankfully, her calm nature and tolerance often keep her from causing too much trouble.

Fatal Flaws: Dora has a problem when it comes to overthinking things, she has in the past driven herself into a panic and/or anxiety attack because of it.

Dora's history is not exactly what you'd call bright and happy. It wasn't all that bad either. Of course, she may be blocking out the worst of it too. Her mother Monica L. Silverthorn Nee Fileccia, married Peter F. Silverthorn right out of high school. While it had been love at the time, both had the same fatal flaw. The two couldn't be faithful if their lives depended on it. This quickly devolved for the two, doubly so when her big brother; Marcellus was born. Monica began to drink heavily, and almost two years later ended up sleeping with Dora's father; Apollo. While Monica wanted to fix things between the growing family, Peter didn't really care. Both parents nearly had a heart-attack when Dora was born, as she was silent when she was born. not a scream would echo out of her little lungs. It was thought that she was born mute for the longest time. She only started speaking - even then it was just whispers - until she started going to kindergarten. Dora and Mark rarely saw either of their parents at the same time, and they were rarely sober. When Dora was six, their parents decided to do one "good" thing for them. They got them a dog to share and take care of. For a while this was fine, but after someone - who now thinking back was probably a monster - broke in and injured the dog, the said dog got aggressive with everyone. Even biting Dora when she got too close during one of its moods. This lasted for a week before Mark took the dog on a walk, and came back alone. She never did find out what happened to that dog. When she was ten, her brother picked her up from school early. She was surprised to find that he was bleeding and that he was with another boy. When the other boy was revealed to be a Satyr, she was surprised and refused to leave her brother's side. The three were only half surprised when she was able to pass the border, marking her as a half-blood. Dora was claimed about a year after she first arrived, and both she and her brother are year-round campers, as they both refuse to go back, and because of it are classified as runaways.

Personal Relationships
Mother - Her personal relationship with her mother is strained, it has been from the beginning. Monica sees Dora as proof of her failure, and a result of a mistake, but loves her none the less. Dora on the other hand see's her mother as a stranger, and in most senses she is. Despite this, the two write letters to each other, though Dora does tend to get a bit upset when reading her mother's letters from time to time.
"Legal" Father - Dora has no real relationship with this man, he avoided her when she lived with them. He barely spoke to her, and she barely even looked at him. There may be a few good memories between the two though. It was Peter that taught her how to paint, and it was Peter who saved her from nearly drowning once.
Apollo - Part of Dora blames her bio-father for her mother cheating on her husband, and hates him for it. But the other part loves him because if it wasn't for him, she probably wouldn't be here. At camp or alive at all. So let's just put that relationship as complicated. Though she is thinking of becoming one of Artemis's hunters, just to screw with her father.
Grandma Many Names - This relationship is odd. Dora often has strange dreams about the goddess, or at least she thinks that it's Grandma Muta. She's really not sure. But the silence in those dreams is a little creepy at times, though the possible goddess will sometimes braid her hair, or take her to extravagant festivals. Neither speaks a word during this time. Dora doesn't know if she's really meeting Muta in her dreams or if it's just her desire to have a real mother figure in her life.
Marcellus D. Silverthorn - Legally speaking, and to anyone that knows her, Marcellus is her big brother. Despite the fact that they have different mothers... And fathers. Dora calls his bio-father her "legal" father, and he calls her bio-mother his "legal" mother. Their relationship is complicated. They were both born out of an affair. If you don't get the picture by now, well their bio-parents are married... unhappily. Despite the testy waters they grew up in, the two are close. Of course, he's the protective older brother and she's the younger sister that just wants to be left alone, so there's bound to be arguments. But turn on one, you get the other as well.

Anything Else
Muta literally has so many names - at least according to the wiki - which has her down as Mater Larum, Lara, and Tacita. I just went with the most common, and sometimes they can't even agree what she's the goddess of. So I just went with the name and attached "goddess of" that I first found, no matter how wrong or right it is. Dora's nicknamed her Grandma Many Names.
Also, because of her Voice projection power/ability, Dora is electively/selectively mute. She at most, whispers when she has to, or not at all unless she's using her power for self-defense.
