Though my characters are still in the making, Shadowheart does have one open kit
They would be around two moons and obviously look like them or their father (Maybe even a mixture, but I'll link him back in their form here)
As for Shadowheart's mate, I'd like them to know about the kit's father, but completely accept the kit as their own

She is curious about the world, the clan, and basicly anything and everything. she is the type of cat who likes to learn something new everyday. She is playful and energetic, always running around. She knows when she needs to back down, however sometimes she does not know when to. She gives her mom a scare daily, running off and escaping past midnight or when no one is watching. She loves her mom with all her heart and enjoys time with her but also likes being on her own. She feels like her mom is a tad bit to overprotective.

both my kitties are finished! open for friendships, enemies etc! liontuft will not be open for a crush because he follows the code too closely to allow himself to have feelings for anyone other than his mate (feelings depending on the mate) but i may develop a crush for pebblefrost at some point! pebblefrost and lilyleaf are close friends, lilyleaf being a mother figure for pebblefrost as her parents neglected her due to not having an emotional attachment to each other and therefore neither to their kit, so if someone has a cat like that and would like them to be her parent that would be really cool! lion will be disgusted with anyone even talking about breaking the assigned mate rule so good friends for him would be cats who also follow the code loyally and enemies would be those who do not!

@carmilla;; ahh okay I wasn’t sure really, cats genetics are all over the place and confusing.

@all; Lilyleaf will have 3 kits in about a moon. I would prefer that they would be 2 girls and 1 boy and coloring to resemble the parents or any kin. Lily is a medium/long haired tortie, her brother is long haired ginger (Liontuft), Waspwing the father is long haired ginger as well.

@camilla actually parents genetics play a huge part in the colouration of kits, not just any colour can come from any cat. the genetics come from the father cat and they are usually more dominant. while yes there's a chance for example only one ginger can come out of a litter from two ginger parents, there would definitely not be a white/silver tabby from that litter.

you should check out this coat calculator if you're stuck on the colouration of kits! it's great for planning out litters and has helped me a lot for keeping things realistic! c:
