~Diaspora~
Diaspora walked through the forest, her tattered and faded dress swirling around her ankles. She could hear the loud talking of the other Shadows nearby. She thought about telling them to quiet down, but decided to just keep walking.
They’re not worth it. Diaspora turned away from the direction the voices were coming in. She did not feel like dealing with them today.
Well then, what should you do? Diaspora decided to walk closer to the edge of the South District, to watch them. She kept walking until she could see the edges of houses. Then, Diaspora turned to face a tree. It was a rather large tree, with rough bark and thick branches. A perfect hideout. Diaspora clambered up the tree, settling herself on one of the larger branches and looking out at the District. Everything seemed so peaceful.
A quick movement caught the corner of Diaspora’s eye. A person, trying not to be seen. A rather small person at that. Diaspora caught a glimpse of the butterfly tattoo on the person’s neck and stiffened. Shadow Catcher. Could he see her? Diaspora climbed higher into the branches of the tree; waiting, watching.
Midnight Midnight trudged through the bushes at the edge of the forest.
“Stupid forest…” He grumbled to himself. This was not going at all as planned. Midnight had already fallen into a stream, been whacked in the face by multiple branches, and was now fighting his way through the bushes. Midnight paused, feeling someone watching him. He turned around, but all he saw were trees. Trees and branches and leaves and nature. Midnight turned around again, struggling through the bushes. It would be a nice night, were he not here. It was relatively warm, there was a slight breeze, and not a cloud in the sky. The stars were very pretty tonight.
(I has a post :3 Somewhat fail post, but a post nonetheless)
