the BMD = 0.5non, cinnamon bun = 1.5non? (not sure here), green toxic = 0.25non, moonswirl = 2-3nons? (maybe higher),
sorb = 0.5non, target dog = 2 MAs, nonballoon = 0.5non, peas = 0.5non, jackalope = 1MA and idk what the first dog is

the eat me =4-5nons

so your side is worth (minues the first dog) 5.75nons and 3MAs to 6.75 nons and 3 MAs so I would say unfair to you but Id reccomend a second opinion^^

in both cases - the ur strawberry trades for between 1-1.5 nons [though more recent trade evidence suggests the higher end is more consistent] x x
for the first trade (their side):
grevy's zebra - ~1 non x
pink balloon - 0.5 nons/1 sorb x
green toxic bun - ~1 MA (was very rare from release x x)
firework pps - 1 MA (by rarity)
scourge - technically worth the 3 month rule, with demand trades for 2+ '09 rares
white rainbow spot - 3 month rule or 2 '09 rares
2019 rare - 3 month rule
total: 1.5 nons + 2 MAs+

for the second trade (their side):
ceg - ~1-1.5 nons @ current demand value x

neither trade is unfair to the strawberry though the first offer is worth more than the second at base value, but it may face more demand limitations in terms of species popularity (depending on your own preferences)

your side - the brown cherry anniversary pup is worth the three month rule or 2 '09 rares
their side - the green light dotted rat turned very rare at the same time pets such as the target dog x, but traded as a normal '09 very rare is worth 2 '09 rares (though rats tend to face "bad demand") + misc. 2016-2018 rares
the trade is fair, technically overpay on their side if you don't consider rats as having poor demand
