"Look I have no friends. I really want friends. You can't tell people who they should be friends with or not. I also don't think she would like that her own friend is talking about her behind her back! Are you really her friend or someone who she scorned?" Amber said. She also didn't like people telling her not to talk to someone she had gotten enough of that from her parents back at home. "Why are you also telling me to not try to be friends with her? Do you want her to only have you to rely on in the end?" She added.

"I'm just warning you, you can be her friend, I just want you to be reliable for her, she's had a rough life and deserves someone who won't throw her away. I just want you to be fully aware of what you're walking in on, I want Natalia to have real friends, I'm the only friend she has, I don't want her to get hurt." Brady made a circular motion with his hand to re-establish the sound barrier, "Don't mention this conversation to her, you can be her friend, but if you hurt her I will protect her."

"Seriously you think I can do something? I was sheltered my whole life you guys are literally one of the first few people not to treat me like I am a princess. I am also here to not be compared to my sisters like I would have been at the Fairy Academy for girls. I want to be treated like a normal person. and for once it feels like you and Natalia are." Amber said

"Words are the most powerful weapon." Brady responded quietly, he looked around to see if anyone was around but kept the sound barrier up even though he didn't see anyone. He had seen so many people throw Natalia to the curb, heard of all the horrible things that happened to her in her childhood from her brother. She deserved so much better.

"I am not out to hurt anyone I am just wanting to meet people and have friends." She said truthfully. She meant what she said she knew no one ever listened to her though she would be surprised if he actually cared about what she said.

"You sound sincere, I just hope you mean it." With that he broke the sound barrier and walked away without another word.

Amber just started crying has he left because she felt like he was judging her. She hated it because she lived being judged by everyone just because of what she was. She just ran to her room and went and hid in her room.

Natalia grumpily picked up the pocket knife and sheathed it then left the room, she wasn't sure what she was gonna do but as she walked down the hallway she heard crying. She knew the voice's master, "Amber?" She asked knocking on the door going into full caring mode and placing the knife in her hidden pocket.

Amber squeaked when she heard Natalia. "Y-yes?" She asked as she only slightly opened the door with tears still rolling down her cheeks. She honestly didn't care if anyone saw her cry sometimes but she couldn't really stop crying just to open the door.

"Why are you crying?" Natalia asked confused, she had only just seen Amber a bit ago, who could've made Amber cry in that short amount of time?
