Would this be fair?

I'd say that wouldn't be fair, I believe that sloth is worth 1-2 '09 rares, but honestly I'm not sure how many 2020 rares it would take to make up for an '09 rare. I'd recommended a second opinion.

I agree, going by the 2-1 rule, that’s a 2018 and a 2019 rare on their side which doesn’t add up nearly to the sloth (:

Hello! I got two bids for my Plains Zebra, a Rainbow Mane and a UR Squid. I'm more interested in the Squid, but I'm worried about value. The Rainbow Mane seems to be worth a little more, according to the research I've done, however it's since dropped in rarity. I know that it'll go back up in time, but if I do decide to trade it off (which I most likely will, or date swap, since it's isn't a true date), I'm not sure if I'll have a difficult time with it.

The squid is a little easier to trade off, but recently the zebras have pretty good demand. So I'd say stick with the zebra; however that is completely up to you.
