I cant help with the first one since idk anything about items but I would say the 2nd one I'd say fair or slight overpay on their side as the raven goes for somewhere between 1.5-2nons, the balloon 0.5 and the kirin is in flux somewhere between 1.5-2.5
so the other side at lowest its 3.5 to your sunback (around even) or highest at 5 nons
I'd advise getting a second opinion tho to double-check the values^^
