Mossykit bounced in the air in excitement and squeaked excitedly, “Thank you!” It was good to keep her mind off of her mother and father leaving her with the former medicine cat. This was one way she could. She said as she carefully walked in, making sure not to step on any herbs. She said staring up at the medicine cat and then down at the herbs, “Which herbs did you collect today? What can I do to help?” Shut up Mossykit, your making a fool of yourself in front of the medicine cat she thought. She didn’t want to make a fool out of herself before she proclaimed at her apprentice ceremony that she wanted to be a medicine cat apprentice.
