Kits: Nothing should Happen romantic wise PERIOD!!
Apprentices: They are allowed to have crushes and admit there feelings, but they are not allowed to be mates and they are not allowed to go further than crush
Warriors: As long as you are in a reasonable distance of moons from each other you are allowed to be mates. There is no such thing for any romance or crush for an apprentice. After they are a warrior, it is fine as long as it is an appropriate age gap between them.
