Hiii! I have clawed my way back from the Well to wish everyone a happy new year and also share that I found out that there's going to be a TFCon held here in Baltimore in October! I am so, so very exciteeeed!

Also, I might possibly have bought myself four new figures for Christmas, including one that's on preorder and won't ship for a couple months. Maybe.

Nice! The ones I just got are Generations Selects Ricochet, Siege Barricade and Prowl, and the upcoming Studio Series 86 Jazz. I was looking at the Earthrise Prowl, but he only comes in an Amazon-exclusive two pack with Ironhide, and the pack keeps being released in waves and sells out as soon as it becomes available. I'm unwilling to pay 200+ dollars to a scalper for a pair of figures whose actual retail price is a quarter of that.

ED:I, uh. I might have given in. >< Amazon now has the 2 pack listed as "unavailable, we don't know when or if this item will restock", and I found a set up on ebay for just over double retail (so, approximately 100 dollars, as they retail for 40), which is still not great, but which I am far more comfortable with paying. I consider it a fair trade for not having to constantly monitor Amazon and try to snag a set, and then wait who knows how long for them to actually be shipped.

i didn't buy any for christmas but i JUST found tfp soundwave on mercari for $50 and i had $70 saved on there so i snatched him up, so happy to have him again! he's been a pain in the neck to find for less than $100!
i still need to buy sunstreaker so i can put him with sideswipe, i meant to buy him when he came out but i couldn't find him anywhere
im trying to limit on collectibles just because i know my time living at home is coming to an end soon and i dont want to drag everything with me, also because i don't want to put my poor boyfriend through all of the stuff i have xD

but! has anyone finished season two of earthrise? im so close to finishing, i meant to binge it all in one day but episode five really just has me bored and i haven't felt like forcing my way through it yet
i know people either love or hate the series but i definitely think it's a good one
