okay but what if they didn’t give a name and instead gave an address just because it slipped their mind and some random mortal answers like ‘uh........... what.... the hell.....’ leading to a very awkward confrontation of ‘what do you mean you were trying to contact x person pal... they’ve been dead for three years this is my house.... i live here....’

I'm almost done my post, thanks for the patience! I ended up writing a whole novel for Hank, so have fun getting some new backstory!

@sammy, yeah that’s basically what I was thinking but my idea was if the iris message didn’t go through she’d have to use an actual phone and then that would happen
But a confused mortal getting an iris message would also be hilarious

the 'lofty' nickname is because of his height - rather tall, lanky chap - i'd put him mentally at around six foot one

I am very tired from travelling and preparing the apartment, so I will be retiring a bit earlier than usual tonight!

@Takara aww ophelia defending jamie, why do I get the vibe that everyone feels the need to protect him as they should tbh, it’s not like he’s gonna stand up for himself

@sammy, orin being super tall is just another reason for auggie to be unnecessarily bitter towards him and I’m here for it

Also yes I’m looking forward to absolute comedy gold before a heart wrenching scene where I may or may not have auggie cry...now I’ll just need someone to convince her to try contacting her mom because there’s no way she’d decide to do that on her own, but that doesn’t need to happen yet so it’s all good
