Have you considered Cervus Vulpes Beetles, Vulpes Beetles, or something similar? (Latin for deer and latin for fox)

I came here from another artist that posted a concept. The one thing that gets my attention is the horns of the stag beetle on top - they'd be in the way to eating - like, they'd hit the food source long before the muzzle did. If you place a horn on a unicorn at a bad angle, the ability to eat is forfeit so I hope you can understand.

Otherwise, it's a really really nice design idea. Wonderful creatures to put together. ❤️
