^early 200’s nostalgia I’m cackling

Honestly a mood to having a wild variety in music, my playlists tend to give other people whiplash cause I’ll go from soft stuff like Charlie Burg or the Beatles to queens of the Stone Age or my chemical romance or Matty Healy screaming (the 1975)...and then there’s AJR who I recommend to anyone who doesn’t know them because I absolutely live for everything they do
Jamie’s probably the kind of guy who listens to literally anything, probably old music his dad introduced him to (and apparently he has an affinity for ABBA), whereas Auggie is probably more into punk rock/pop punk, considering she is the emo queen she definitely listens to fob, mcr, patd, etc

@WitchHazel I love Sara Barielles!! My queen is so under appreciated, and I’m a flautist too but tbh I don’t listen to anything other than what I’m playing lmao

y'all callin me tf out I swear, smh

Like honestly a lot of my music is just Owl City, Skillet, Dragonforce and a bunch of other songs from bands around that era. I've branched out a bit since then, but I'm picky choosy with music and usually just listen to 1 or 2 songs from an artist. About the most "exotic" I've gotten has been Shinedown, Voltaire, and Poor Man's Poison (which tbh I think has become my favorite band).

Aiden is an absolute shut in, so he probably hasn't listened to much music whatsoever lmao
As for Nicholas, he probably sticks to things "upbeat and classy" by nature. Fast paced and generally older, more folkish songs.

edit;; I'm meeting a friend at a bookstore rn and god I forgot how much of addiction reading is. There's so much I want to buy

@Kveykva- yeessss, get them books!

@WitchHazel- I said that Izzy is an NPC when not with Hank, so feel free to rp her with Mira if you want. Her personality is basically: nice dog, protecc Hank.

I'm also fine to continue playing her if that's what you'd prefer, but I think the first option is easier on you

Oooh nice! It's always fun to hear about music tastes c:
Yessss oh my gosh before COVID happened, I worked in a bookstore and just,, the temptation I faced was a true test of self-control. I so very badly wanted to indulge myself and get a new book every day :')

@Takara - sounds good! c:
@indigo.rain - her lyrics are just so poetic, aaa! definitely an underappreciated queen

@indigo.rain- You're good, maybe he's from somewhere else? It doesn't really matter for this context. I'm guessing you're... Canadian? Celebrating Halloween, but not (American) Thanksgiving is throwing me off.
I almost forgot about Aggy's revenge too, but she didn't!

@Takara lol yeah I don’t remember where i said he’s from (or if I did it all) but it doesn’t really matter, just gave me a brief moment of confusion. And yup I’m Canadian, so thanksgiving for me is early October
Of course she didn’t, I’m very excited to see how that situation plays out

c:<
@Kveykva - OOOOH yes!! That's a great book c:
Last time I went to a bookstore (that I wasn't working at, lol) I ended up spending around the same amount (mostly on poetry, psychology, and occult books though smh)
@indigo.rain - Yesss I love her voice! It's very unique c:

Fun fact! I am actually originally from the UK (Scotland, though we lived in England for a while as well); we didn't even start celebrating Thanksgiving until a few years after my family moved to the US lol
I still use the British spellings for a lot of things asdffhfjg
