Tbh I'm about 50/50 playing heroes and villains, but this is the first time I'm writing Nicholas as an antagonist.

Yesterday it was American Pie and then I happened to watch the episode of the office where they sing that song on the chair model’s grave (I’m assuming at least one of you will get that reference given how popular the show is)

My music taste is very eclectic; I like pretty much anything rock or rock-adjacent but then I'll also listen to anything from old Taylor Swift songs or Sara Bareilles to orchestral compositions (like Stravinsky's Firebird suite)/chamber music (i.e. Brandenburg concertos), or even solos like Ian Clarke's flute music (I am a relatively advanced flautist, after all! Gotta listen to some of the things I've played/am learning lol). Not to mention all the various metal/rock artists I listen to. It really depends on the mood I'm in though!
Jazz also makes an appearance; I am a jazz musician and enjoy big band stuff c:

My characters all kind of reflect my eclectic tastes when it comes to their own musical preferences lol
Juliet is definitely a classic rock kind of gal, whereas Mira would 100% listen to Taylor Swift but probably appreciates most kinds of music lmao
Chuck just likes old 70's jams; he was kinda brought up on all things 70's (it's a miracle his mother didn't name him Moonbeam or something XD)
Vivienne's tastes tend more into the classical music side of things, though she enjoys some baroque and romantic era pieces as well c:

I forgot to address that earlier bc I've been at work, but I feel that for sure. Instead of American Pie, I ended up with the star wars parody stemming from my days in video editing. I had a friend who was using that god-forsaken song so I listened to it at least 800 times lmao

Y'all better hit me up with some music recommendations. There's not much variety in what I listen to--most of it is songs from games or movies or early 200s nostalgia ^^;

oh absolutely same ^^ my playlists are a mix of eminem, david bowie, glass animals, queen, pulp, glenn miller & his orchestra, matt maltese, grandson, soft cell, electric light orchestra and clipping. ...
and of course american pie, my favourite song to belt at four in the morning according to my snapchat flashback
