Adrian Mallobourne of Albava
As Ero spoke, Adrian picked up the sincerity in his voice, and although Adrian - of course - hardly trusted the other man as of yet, slowly withdrew his fingers from the blades. He felt they should at least listen to what the stranger had to say, especially now that the elf pulled back his hood, revealing himself truthfully to the others. An eyebrow was raised at this revelation, but not much else. Sure, Adrian was definitely surprised to see an elf in this city, much less be called to help one, but he held no personal concern to be around them. Besides, it was three against one at the moment.
"Hmm, Ero..." Mallobourne simply echoed the name as if it were a good enough reply, watching closely as Clara suddenly stepped forward. He listened as she bluntly questioned the other young man, wondering about the answers as well. However, when she seemed to become a little too defensive, he took a step forward and placed a hand on her arm. Saying nothing to her, he glanced at Ero. "And I am Adrian of Albava.
"Trust us if you wish, but I hope you understand our reasoning for being... careful," he spoke, releasing his light grip of the girl's arm. Adrian didn't want her to get them in any trouble if it wasn't necesary, even though he was practically scepticism's number one fan. "As for your elf friend..." he continued, "Our guild has banded together to fight for the oppressed, and there's not much honor in turning our backs on someone in need of our help." Adrian practically was saying this to Clara - as he was sure making the excecutive decision to help the stranger would need an explanation - but remained focussed on the elf. "Explain how we can assist you, and we shall try our best."
