Around what level do you start getting 5 star artifacts? I focused more on upgrading the character's weapons and talents since I'd have to change up their artifacts very soon. Is that okay?
Does anyone have Noelle in her team? Is the Bell sword a good choice for her? I feel like a muggle in the building world.

I believe I started getting occasional 5* artifacts from weekly bosses around WL3 (AR30). I think at WL4 (AR35) I was getting them every time, and now at WL5 (AR40) I always get 1+ from weekly bosses and can farm them semi-consistently from domains.
I never leveled my purples to max unless they were REALLY good. For example, I have two max-level 4* artifacts on Chongyun, and their main stats are critrate and cryo dmg%. It might take me a loooong time to roll any 5*s with the same/better main stats, and it's not worth switching them out with subpar 5*s just because they're 5*.
Some people's opinions on this will differ, but if it has a good main stat you should level it to at least 4 to see what bonus stat it gets - and if that's good, go all the way to 8. That's usually where I stop.
You won't be getting a whole lot of decent 5* artifact for a long while, so upgrade your lower tier ones as you see fit! I'm AR42 and my main DPS only has three 5* artifacts on right now.

The Bell isn't ideal, as her heals and shield scale off DEF and not HP. Unfortunately there isn't a character that makes great use of it currently. Her best weapon for a heal-focused build is Whiteblind, which is craftable. If you want an attack Noelle, Prototype Animus is also a good choice.

Luckily he's getting some nice buffs soon, as is Geo overall! His A4 talent is being adjusted to do an additional ~1% of his HP as damage on most of his abilities, and his charged E is also being changed to have more interrupt resistance and place a pillar if there isn't already one on the field in addition to giving a shield.
Geo's 2x resonance is also being changed, so Geo shields (Noelle's and Zhongli's atm, not Crystallize) add an additional 150% physical/elemental resistance instead of 200% Geo and enemies will receive a -20% Geo resistance debuff, which is pretty massive for Noelle and Ningguang who are already capable of fantastic damage despite their element.

It seems like his kit will feel a LOT better and these changes should have a big impact on the lackluster state of Geo. This has all just been announced as being in the 1.3 PTR, so nothing is concrete yet, but I'm really hopeful that Zhongli will finally be the roflstomp DPS he feels like he should be.

character? it might just be my normal anxiety But Make It Genshin, but I'm at ar 44, so I
have a farm route for artifacts, but not really a lot of world chests left. I also eat up a
lot of my resin with other ascension stuff, so I always feel ehhh about changing/leveling
up new artifacts

Quite understandable, but my drops have been so bad I'm taking whatever I get... haha
Literally! I'm AR 50 now and I literally have only 1 or 2 I am satisfied with... I have ~100
total that I'm using sparingly and I have literally 22 characters so they're bare as heck!!
My Zhongli has literal base crit rate (8.9%? It's supposed to be 5.0% but my Chong-
yun without artifacts wielding Favonius has this number too) with his Geo burst build.

hi do yall know with the new artifact whats good on chongyun? rn im running 2pc gladiator and 2pc nobles but with the new cryo dmg set im unsure if i should replace it?

for chongyun, I'd say it depends on whether you want to build his physical or elemental
damage more! if you lean towards physical damage, i'd build a 4 pc gladiator set, but if
you lean more into his elemental attacks, I'd go for the 4 pc cryo set, especially with the
new claymore from dragonspine. and with sets like gladiator, i'd def keep my eye out for
elemental mastery in your artifact stats to keep your elemental attacks beefy.

I also use this spreadsheet a lot, just bc it's handy, though there's definitely some wiggle
room on builds just depending on how you like to play!

im hesitant abt the new weapon from dragonspine bc it scales w physc dmg and his skill converts all physc dmg into elemental lol. so its been given to razor who i usually play with qiqi so the cyro bounus still applies

also in terms of genshin spreadsheets this is also really great. i refrence it a lot even if it hasn't updated in a patch or two

He's my most wanted character...



Anyway, has anyone else been having a ton of fun with Albedo? I've decided to main him, as I'm very persistent and refuse to accept that he isn't a main DPS lol. Mine's build is pretty scuffed but his burst hits hard regardless.
