They all follow the 3-month rule, meaning they can trade fairly for a pet of the same rarity 3 months older or younger than it. The sitting cats tend to be pretty popular though, so they can trade for a bit more than their typical worth with the right trading partner. ^^

Anyone know if this Nick pet has any particular demand/what it's worth? Any help would be appreciated 👉👈

It depends on which outcome it grows into. Other than the unicorn, all of the other outcomes have average demand and will trade fairly using the 3-month rule.
The unicorn, however, is very valuable and was on the main list of the discontinued rates list. Both of these and guides have more information.
To be honest, I don’t to keep what it’s currently trading for, but I don’t believe it has any particular demand.

Heya c: Re-releases are basically a way to put old pets back into circulation, so that they don't go "extinct" so to say. So all these pets you adopted from the three boxes are actually old pets that have been released before.
First one is August 2009, second one is June 2010, third one is Easter 2015
All of them go by the three month rule, meaning most people would consider them a fair swap for pets of the same rarity released within 3 months of them.
The VR draft horse is from a litter collectively called the Rainbow Drafts^^
