This looks about fair to me! I sold my Plains Zebra (which I think most people value the same) for C$1,100 + Hollyfox Cat about two months ago. Keep in mind that it can be hard to buy list pets with C$, so you'd be better swapping if you want other high value pets.

I read the phoenix is valued at 2-2.5 nons, is this true?

the zebras go for 1-1.5 nons, more often so for the lower end. a non is worth 1200-1400c$, so this is at the lower end, but if you do value the zebra at 1 non as well it is still fair.

unfair to the phoenix. the phoenix goes for 1.5-2 nons as far as I know and the peas go for 0.5-1 non.

Would this be fair?
I want to wait until the dog is grown up, but I am wondering if this trade would be fair for one of the outcomes? (I feel like the dog is worth more..)
