I need opinions on the demand and value of the UR Holly since I am a returning player and I am still trying to relearn about the ex-rare list. I know that the UR Avacado worths 0.5-1.0 nons but what about the UR Holly?

Would this be fair? I don’t know what the grinner is worth in regular terms, all I’ve seen is that it’s low on the September list but I don’t know what that means.
