Omg! Potential strawberry pup!

I have a question. I got this baby out of the VR and OMGSR box. Does this mean the pup is guaranteed to be either of the VR outcomes, and not one of the rare outcomes??

This is my first year doing the different boxes.

I also got this pup and I’m curious about this too! I got mine out of the rare box, does that mean it won’t turn into a VR outcome?
