major support! i know about finances and how important saving $$ is but i'm also v impulsive so this would be really helpful for me :3c it'd also be a good way to set aside commission payments so that way i HAVE all the C$ if someone wants a refund

I think this is a brilliant idea! I myself have actually found it hard to track who I owe c$ to and where it's going when I have a lot of it outgoing to many users (particularly when it's for owed art), so this would be a stellar concept, especially the 'multiple bank account' option that nickjr put forward!

would love a feature where it says if somebody owes you C$ so they can transfer it but idk jut a sorta art person idea

i absolutely support this! i support for many of the reasons already stated, but also because it could help younger users learn more about how banking works, how to save money, and the benefits of using these types of systems in the real world.

Ooh, building off of this, what if we could create multiple "bank accounts"? I know that's not quite how you save up for different things in the real world, but I wonder if it would be cool for younger users to be able to create multiple bank accounts for different purposes if they want to--e.g. a long-term C$ stash, saving up for the next store pets, saving to use in a trade, etc.

I really love this idea and it would be a pretty unique feature as far as petsites go. Imagine being able to stuff a C$ amount in a named folder?

honestly i feel like this would be a great feature!! i would love to have a dreamie fund where I could squirrel away c$ for bigger purchases without having to deal with impulsive spending!

Yeah--when I first posted I was like "there was one site that did this... which one was it out of the many petsites/adoptables sites I've played?" and only later did I remember which site it was. It was Unifaction, the forum sister site to the adoptables site Unicreatures. (Both are now dead.) Most of the sites I've played that had banks basically just had a single bank account. Still nice, but...

I remember it was really nice being able to make separate bank accounts. In my case, I had a bank account that was a general currency stash, and I also had a bank account specifically set aside for gift-giving.

Budgeting made easy. Haha
