Líadan stood atop a tall hill this morn. It was a cold breath of life to the day; the grass 'neath her paws glistened with the leftover remnants of fog. Dawn crept over the edge of the hill. Sunlight brushed across her claw-sheathes. "Hmph." she smiled lightly, letting the warmth hit her as her pelt began to shine. Quickly, she turned, and began to chase the shadows away with the newly birthed sun at her tail. Down into the gully and up to the stones and through the old farms, all the way off the territory she now called home and into the wild lands where wild magic lived. Líadan chased the shadows to a beautiful tree, panting softly. It gave off some sort of awe-inspiring magic. Stepping across an unseen barrier, she gasped as the world turned foggy again. A blue-grey cat stared her down. The air was heavy with cold and the moon loomed over the edge of a hillcrest. The she-cat's wings cradled her body for warmth from the bitterness, though she could not tear her eyes from the mysterious cat's own.

Not a word was spoken between them. It was simply understood. Call it a vision, a dream, or a delusion. None of it changes the truth.

Jungle Dwellers

The cats of the Jungle Dwellers live in a secluded village in the thick jungle. Most cats, which come in all coats and colors, cover themselves in mud and bark when hunting or patrolling. Jungle Dwellers have a truce with one of the monkey troops living nearby, though the cats are free to attack any other troops and lone monkeys. Jungle Dwellers have been known to build semi-complex structures for their dens. Their naming scheme is similar to Warrior Cats, but different in an important way. When kits are born, their parents will name them one word. When they prove themself later in life, they will earn their full name. Example; Dirtworm was born as Dirt, when they won a hard battle, they were promoted to their full name, Dirtworm. Jungle Dwellers are often named after different kinds of monkeys.

Byleth looked around the camp of Ruinfall. Edlegard and Ferdinand kept bickering while eating and Hubert watched them cautiously a little of the side. Dimitri politely asked Ash a lot of questions and the latter answered happily. Mercedes looked over the heavy pregnant Bernadetta, who anxiously watched over the whole crowd, while the white she-cat tried to calm her down.

Byleth looked stern as always when they announced the hunting patrol of the day. Besides them, Ash, and Mercedes, Edelgard was allowed to go too for the first time. She looked proudly up while sitting next to her brother.

After Dimitri jumped at them, Ashe and Byleth took the young tom back to camp. He was quite embarrassed and apologized the whole way there. They invited him to stay for a few suns and he accepted reluctantly. He stayed with the cadets who both welcomed him competently. He soon became the one that had to put the two rivaling siblings to a stop when they started to fight again. The few suns became more and more until Byleth officially asked him to stay. He agreed promptly and tanked them for the chance.

When Mercedes came into camp, the members of Ruinfall just stared at her for what felt like lifetimes. She only looked warmly at them. While being white as the snow in the storm, the beautiful she-cat looked so out of place, almost otherworldly. Byleth stood up first and welcomed her, offering her a place to warm up. The others soon accepted her, like she was always there, finding ways to communicate with her through body language and stick drawn symbols.

In the middle of a snowy night, Mercedes runs into the priest's den. "Hubert! Ferdinand! Come fast! It's time!" She screamed louder than she intended, but couldn't hear it. The two toms jolted up. They knew what was up. Ferdinand grabbed burnet from the herb pile and started to run after Hubert who already took off to the mother's den. Mercedes stayed outside while Hubert and Ferdinand helped Bernadetta give birth.

Hubert looked expectantly at his apprentice. He showed the young tom how the harvest herbs a few times, now it was Ferdinands time to show what he learned

Byleth pressed Edelgard hard on the ground, knocking out the air of the she-cats lungs. "You have to get faster. Decide your next move spontaneous and don#t think about it too much." They let Edelgard stand up. "Let's do it again." The emperor said before attacking the other cat again

Ashe stood in front of Dimitri. "Let me see your hunting stand again"
