And Pepper loves chasing them. He has ever since he was a pup. He's done it every year, and he has no plans to stop anytime soon.

Prompt: She loves winter because it's the only time of the year that her bakery doesn't overheat. While she does adore her job of baking, she absolutely despises heat of any sort. And unlike her fellow baker friend pen pal from Alaska, she lives in the south. It only cools off enough for maybe a month at most. With how much she loves winter, she's been strongly considering moving to Alaska. Or Canada.

Or the North Pole. She's sure Santa would love a personal year-round cookie supply.

Prompt: Cerine's one of those to see everything as a small gift. A sunny day brightens her mood. The leaves crackling under her paws bring a smile to her face. The comfortable weight of a scarf around her neck brings light and mirth to her eyes. The little things are great-- but winter brings a certain wonder she finds incomparable to all else.

There's just no proper way to describe the feeling of waking up to gleaming white outside your window-- excitement doesn't seem to fit. Joy, maybe? Wonder seems to fit best. To close your eyes on the dark night, bleak and dismal, only to wake up to blinding brightness and snow as far as the eye can see. . . it's a feeling she never wants to let go of. There's no beating the warmth a few layers of blankets brings on a cold winter night, nor is there any sensation like hot cocoa cradled between chilly paws.

And how to even begin to describe the curl of anticipation the night of Christmas Eve? How does she even start to explain exactly how her heart feels-- like she's standing on the edge of a cliff, but unafraid of what's waiting below, knowing it's going to be amazing? The way the lights reflect in the windows at midnight, painting rainbows across the dark glass? Excitement, joy, lying awake because the magic of Christmas only grows every year? It's inexplicable.

And Cerine loves every moment of it, even without the words to tell you why.

Prompt: he loves the winter not only is he able to make snow caves, miniature snow houses and eat fresh snow. That's why he moved to a colder climate so he can enjoy winter year round. Going outside wrapped in warm clothing as winter chills nip at fingers and exposed nose along with bright red cheeks. Going a long tread to the market where heat seeps from stores with hot and ready food and warm milk on display. Nothing like greeting fellow neighbors and watching kids battle who has a bigger breath cloud. Going into the store and buying fresh warm milk and having a big smile on his face throwing his hands up waving while the doorbell chimes as he's leaving. Heading back to his favorite large pine setting up a nice spot to lay down, drinking milk and taking a nap, if only every day ended like this.
"Wait" sitting up abruptly "I forgot to water my plants!"
