He was growing closer to the border, carefully stalking the bird pecking at the ground. Biting into its wing, it let out a loud squawk, most likely scaring off other birds. Shrugging slightly, he didn't care much anyway, this wasn't his territory, and he just needed enough to eat. But this way, he could ruin their hunting instead. He would've liked to ruin more than that, but he wasn't exactly the leader of a clan yet.

Flicking her ear to show that she had heard Leafpelt enter the den, she hadn't stopped reorganizing the herbs. Biting her tongue, she had gotten easily frustrated with her mentor earlier and due to her own stubborn nature, she wasn't about to apologize first. She'd never apologized to her father, or really anyone apart from her sister, and was unused to any of it.

Forcing her fur flat on her back, she bit back a growl, having wanted to say something incredibly rude and she nearly had. "Leafpelt." The tortoiseshell paused the herb organizing as she was already almost done anyway, and took a quiet breath to truly calm herself. "That's awfully rude." She remarked coolly, in the exact same tone that she used with her father. Seeker said that I would be a great medicine cat, and if I have anything to say about it, I will be. She thought, successfully keeping her temper in tact.

He nodded in agreement, “they both seem to be doing well.” He spoke softly still listening hearing some birds. “Maybe we should take our apprentices and split up so we have more ground to cover and can catch more prey.” They sniffed the air once more smelling a familiar scent. One he thought he wouldn’t smell again. “Oakmoon stay with the apprentices. After you catch some prey head back with them. I’ll be right behind you guys.”

He walked towards the scent leaving his deputy with the apprentices. He continued before seeing a shadow, he sniffed the air once more her scent there but mixed with other things. He recognized her and smiled feeling released but still careful. “Thunderhowl, is that you?” He spoke walking closer to her, he hadn’t seen her in seven moons after she went out to better her fighting skills.

Muddylake keeps its search for more prey, spotting a few mice there, which didn't give a much fight back to catch, so they sure had some luck on their side now, but Muddylake still wanted to catch more, even if carrying them back to camp may be little hard. Sniffing the air and flicking their ears Muddylake got a scent for a stranger cat, but it was not alone there was someone more familiar there too, following it they saw Duststar talking with a she-cat 'who is she?' Muddylake thought to herself.

She purred, she wanted to explore the camp. Before bouncing out the den, she looked over at Evercloud, giving a loving gaze. “Love you,” She mewed. That was the first time that she’d ever said that to Evercloud; it had been hard for her to say it even if she knew she did indeed love the queen. Acornkit was growing up, just waiting to be an apprentice, at this point, she was happy as can be.
