Mirabelle nearly giggled at the sight of Aggy striking a pose, but managed to contain herself. Instead, she simply smiled, hefting her own bag of armour over her shoulder. "Very fierce," she complimented gently. She herself had yet to change into her armour; she was planning on doing so when they arrived at the arena.

|Juliet Pratten|16|She/Her|Hermes|Location: Armoury|Tags: Aggy, Mirabelle |

Juliet actually did burst out laughing, though it was all in good fun. "You look great," the daughter of Hermes smirked. "Now, if we're all ready, why don't we head out? I'm itching to get in a good sparring match before lunch." She preemptively dashed to the door, holding it open for Mirabelle and Aggy once again.

|Chuck Oakes|He/Him|Satyr|Location: Half-Blood Hill|Tags: Karter, Pippa, Kade --> Open|

"In that case, like, see ya!" Chuck stated, waving as he turned to leave. The satyr surveyed the area for Chiron. Arrivals were starting to slow, with a few demigods coming in here and there. He managed to spot the centaur, still in wheelchair form, rolling up to the hill. Chuck hastily made his way over to him, eager to inform him of the new demigods.

Agatha "Aggy" Clemson|Female|Unknown (Ares)|Location: Armoury|tags: Mirabelle, Juliet
Completely unfazed by their laughter, Aggy dove through the door held open for her. She was still just as lazer focused on fighting with no, or at least less, consequences than usual. As good as she was at getting out unblamed, it was the fight itself she truly craved.
Making out a nearby structure she'd missed earlier, Aggy pointed to it and called out "That's the arena, right?" She didn't bother to wait for an answer, but instead took off running toward it. "Race ya!" She yelled, impatient at the speed of both blondes, and eager to try faster movements in her armor.
She slashed at the tops of grass as she went by, but the blade was rather dulled and didn't manage to cut any. She really needed a whetstone for her cutlass...and a name. She frowned, not knowing where this knowledge came from, but unwilling to let anything dampen her high spirits.

Henry "Hank" David Walker|Male|Apollo|Location: Dining Pavilion, outside|tags: Izzy, Sky
"Uhhh, maybe Chuck?" Hank said, knowing that he'd have some cool satyr tricks to show. He grinned back at her, catching her infectious enthusiam.
"I saw him on Half-Blood Hill earlier, but I think he's taking a new Aphrodite kid to her cabin now," He said, a little wistfully as he thought of the girl, Pippa, that he was sure the others were still overwhelming.

Ophelia Rogers|Female|Aphrodite|Location: Cabins ---> Half-Blood Hill/gate|tags: Emerson (mentioned), open
Ophelia left the cabin, trying not to run to start running toward the gate as she realized that most the new blood had already arrived, -drat it!- and wouldn't be prime for making an impression on.
Instead she strode gracefully, still covering the ground quite quickly. She had to force herself not to check on her third eye as she walked, knowing searching fingers would only claw through her morning's work.
She stood by the gate, looking out for prey. Something moved from far off, and she held a hand over her eyes, trying to make the form out.
A lone camper approached, carrying several bags and was that a cat carrier?
She grinned, and waved wildly, but saved her breath until they were in hearing range.
They reached the gate, but didn't seem to see her yet, instead looking longingly at the already gathered campers. Ophelia felt a pang of empathy, as she too had once been in this position, and stepped forward, calling out "Hello! First timer?" With a kindly smile, the third eye she had painted on to gain fear slipping her mind....

Skylar Kakitid, 16 years old, Female, Daughter of Hecate, 7 year camper, Location: Clearing, Near the Dining Pavilion, Tags: Hank, Mentions: Chuck

Skylar nodded thoughtfully. "Oh I didn't even think of him! If course he would want to. Hmmmmmmm." She posed with an overdramatic thoughtful face. "Should we go look for him and ask or walk around here and find more people?" Skylar knew the satyr had been around camp for a while, so he would definitely want to show off his talents. He could do something plants or pipes! But they had to get more people to sign up. Maybe she could post sign up sheets? Maybe...

Henry "Hank" David Walker|Male|Apollo|Location: Dining Pavilion, outside|tags: Izzy, Sky
Hank scratched his neck. He really wouldn't mind going around with Sky and seeing all the new campers as they went at it, but he had a more pressing issue, namely the dog who was glancing between him and the dining pavilion with betrayed eyes.
"Sorry Sky, Izzy and I haven't had breakfast yet." He said earnestly. And if I don't feed her soon, I may become the food, he thought to himself.
"Don't let me put a damper on your enthusiasm though! Go find some talent, I can catch up with you later!" He called over his shoulder as Izzy, noticing that he was finally leaving, pulled him toward the dining pavilion

|Mirabelle Everhart|17|She/Her|Aphrodite|Head Counselor|Location: Arena|Tags: Aggy, Juliet|

"Yeah, that's the -" Mirabelle was cut off as both Juliet and Aggy broke into a run. She sighed, shaking her head, though a small smile formed on her face. She didn't particularly feel like taking part in a race, so she simply jogged ahead to try to keep up with the other girls.

|Juliet Pratten|16|She/Her|Hermes|Location: Arena|Tags: Aggy, Mirabelle |

Juliet grinned, taking off like a rocket to get to the Arena. Though she wasn't as fast as some of her half-siblings, being a daughter of Hermes certainly had its advantages. She was so focused on running that she barely even noticed when she made it to the Arena, if not for the fact that she slammed into one of the training dummies. The impact knocked Juliet back on her butt. Shaking her head violently, she straightened up and glanced around to see if she'd made it there first.

|Chuck Oakes|He/Him|Satyr|Location: Half-Blood Hill|Tags: Open|

Chuck quickly filled Chiron in on all of the details about Pippa, as well as mentioning the other new faces he'd seen that day. The centaur said something about wanting to meet them later, and telling Mr. D - Chuck wasn't really paying attention; he was rather nervous in the face of one of the camp directors. With his duty fulfilled, the satyr strolled off in the direction of the main camp, intent on trying to sneak some extra breakfast - or maybe even early lunch.

Skylar nodded at him as he explained about getting breakfast. Of course, that was why he had come here in the first place. She felt sort of silly now, but at least he would catch up later! "Oh, okay. See you then!" She turned and just then she spied Chuck coming towards the Pavilion. He was close to the entrance of Camp. Perfect! Now she could ask him! She jogged up to where he was walking and smiled wide. "Hey Chuck! I have a question to ask you if you are not too busy."

"Like, yeah, I just got some free time, man," he agreed, nodding enthusiastically. He absently wondered what this was about - it wasn't often that more experienced demigods came to him with questions, let alone a Head Counselor! "Like, what's poppin'?" he inquired, cocking his head to the side.

Agatha "Aggy" Clemson|Female|Unknown (Ares)|Location: Arena|tags: Mirabelle, Juliet
Having been lost in thought about her new weapon, Aggy hardly noticed the dirty blonde blur that rushed past her, taking the win. She looked up and charged forward when she heard Juliet crash into the ground, but it was too late. She didn't hold in her laughter at Juliet's comical fall.
"Woah, you're fast!" She exclaimed. She didn't like to lose, but she would let it slide this time. Once the other blonde waltzed into view, Aggy let forth what would hopefully be her last question before the match began. "Are there any rules, or do we just go for it?" She asked, swinging her cutlass in the air and practically buzzing with impatience.

Henry "Hank" David Walker|Male|Apollo|Location: Dining Pavilion, outside|tags: Izzy, open!
Hank walked into the pavilion and went behind the counter to pick out the dog food he'd stored for Izzy. It would be easier to just have it in the cabin, but one of his mother's stipulations for him being a year round camper was that the dog stayed with him at all times, and not feeding a hunting dog around the time you ate was just bad practice.
He hummed a tune as he scooped it for her, dumping it in her bowl before unclipping her leash. "Wait." He told her, and she obeyed, though she remained facing her bowl while she watched him go to pick his own food out.
He had to admit it, even though the feast was delightful, there was nothing quite like eating game you'd hunted yourself. He ended up picking hard boiled eggs and waffles, which he slathered in syrup.
Putting his plate at the table and sitting down, he answered Izzy's hungry eyes. "Dig in!" He said, smiling as she happily ripped into her food.

|Mirabelle Everhart|17|She/Her|Aphrodite|Head Counselor|Location: Arena|Tags: Aggy, Juliet|

Mirabelle couldn't help but chuckle softly when she entered the arena. She hadn't missed the absolute spectacle Juliet had made of herself when she'd barreled blindly into a training dummy. She eyed Juliet and Aggy as she removed her armour from her bag, putting it on quickly with years of practised ease. Most of it was leather, save a bronze breastplate and helmet. Both pieces of metal were elaborately engraved, courtesy of the Hephaestus cabin. With finality, she donned her helm, which was ornamented by a crest of wine-coloured feathers. "The only rules in camp combat are no killing or maiming," Mirabelle grimly answered. "Anything less can be healed with ambrosia. I've got some in my bag, just in case anything goes wrong." The daughter of Aphrodite produced a bronze tube of lipstick as she spoke. Briefly checking the label, she uncapped it to reveal a shining xiphos.

|Juliet Pratten|16|She/Her|Hermes|Location: Arena|Tags: Aggy, Mirabelle |

"AHAH! I win," Juliet bragged, all too happy to rub the victory in the faces of anyone who could hear her. "Perks of being a daughter of Hermes - I'm fast as the wind." She quickly took her leather armour out of her bag, strapping each piece onto herself with deft fingers. When Mirabelle mentioned ambrosia, Juliet simply snorted. "See, what did I tell you? This one always comes prepared." She slipped her celestial bronze dagger into her left hand, staying on the balls of her feet. "Bring it."

Skylar forgot how much she loved talking with Chuck. His 70s speech was fun and kind of infectious. After a little while she would struggle not to do the same herself! "Would you want to participate in a demo power show type thing for the first years? Don't worry I got permission and I think it would be so fun for their first night! It would be where we all showed off powers and abilities to represent ourselves and for me, my Cabin. What do you think? Would you want to join?"
