He lifted his shoulder "I was thinking of river, there are rocks, open areas anything which could make your little show more challenging" he meowed knowing that near the river was no place to fight, as there were so many things which can ruin your chances of winning. He turned toward the camp entrance "you can try to get some fish too, as long you don't scare them all away, by your moves" he meowed with a laugh.

Muddylake didn't really mind which patrol they could go to, but they did like hunting more. Perhaps that what they could be doing soon as Duststar mentioned group of some cats for a border patrol already.

He then realized that he was never seen anyone see Sycamorestone either 'can females become queens just by themselves?' he wondered.

The large tabby shook his fur out, a few leaves flying off of him as he did so. Glancing around the makeshift den of sticks and leaves and the like, he realized that he would have to go hunting today as he’d finished the last of his rabbit last night.

Perking her ears, she gave a brief glance towards his mother, thinking that Breezespark would most definitely not appreciate it if her sons had learned the truth at that age, her smile faltering for only a split second. “My kits do have one, yes. I don't know if he died. I haven't seen him for a while.” She answered honestly, of course, leaving out more as she wasn't exactly a fan herself of speaking about Quillgaze. “There are quite a bit of games that the warriors played too.” She nodded to Blinkkit at his comment, before continuing to speak. “I'm sure you will.”

She had considerably brightened at the elder's words, the small smile growing larger at the compliment. “I know you will! I just hope I make a great mentor.” She added, since it could be a little tougher to have an apprentice as she doesn't know the colors of the herbs but she at least knew the scent and the feel. That, and she hoped that she wouldn't accidentally scare anyone with how empty her eyes seemed to look at times. She nodded briefly to his question before finishing her part of the bird.

For a slight moment, Acornkit paused and looked over at the other kit, listening to the conversation between her adoptive mother and Slashkit. It hurt her, thinking of her mother, losing her just two moons ago was hard on her. The black she-cat shook her head, unfreezing herself from thought as she looked over at the tom again, purring happily, clearly forgetting what was going on between Cedarsnow and her. Acornkit then glanced over at Slashkit once more, thinking about her mother and his father; I wonder if he understands how I feel the she-cat thought.

...The black she-cat shook her head, unfreezing herself from thought as she looked over at the tom again, purring happily, clearly forgetting what was going on between Cedarsnow and her. Acornkit then glanced over at Slashkit once more, thinking about her mother and his father; I wonder if he understands how I feel the she-cat thought.
Clearly listening to Slashkit’s conversation with her adoptive mother, her wars perked up, knowing her mother didn’t like opening up to anyone. “Hey Slashkit, Evercloud doesn’t really like talking about her mate,” Acornkit mewed, trying to be gentle about it but clearly protective over her mother. “She has me too by the way!” The black she-cat purred happily.

She tilted her head for a brief second, as he continued with questions, not that she could blame him for that of course. It was in anyone’s nature to be curious. “He was, yes. And sometimes, they just need to leave.” As Slashkit mentioned their father, she had remembered that loner herself. He had oddly disappeared just before Breezespark had her sons and the day before Evercloud had realized she was expecting a litter. What odd timing, she thought. “Of course, I’d love to have your help, Slashkit.” She was mostly joking as for the first half moon, she would have to care for them herself as she would be the only nursing queen at that time. Turning to his brother, she nodded in agreement. “Most warriors play games if they’re not too serious, when they’re done with patrols and hunting. And if they are too serious, then they are just no fun.” She explained, mostly joking but she wasn’t wrong in what she said. “Yes, I do, and I wonder what I did to be so lucky for it!” Evercloud exclaimed, giving Acornkit a few licks on her forehead with a growing grin.

At their compliments, she puffed her chest out ever so slightly as she had to learn every herb in her first moon of apprenticeship. She opened her mouth to answer them when they had begun again, but this time about her eyes and she faltered. Tinypaw hadn’t heard anyone say anything as nice as that about her eyes, and they seemed completely genuine about it as well. “Thank you, Seeker.”
