Nestor frowns as he watches the Team Rocket members, Lindar softly whining as she watches them as well, the fire on her back blazing a bit stronger for a moment. The blond looks down at his new companion, before crouching down, scooping up the little Cyndaquil up. He lets her settle on his shoulder, then marches out of the safety of the tree he was behind, shouting out a "Hey!"
Yeah, he hasn't gotten into a battle yet with Lindar, and isn't all that confident that he can beat them, but that isn't going to stop him from trying to help this poor Munchlax!

—vanessa made sure to keep up with the zeraora, running as fast as she could with all of her pokemon alongside her. finally, they'd arrived, and it hurt her heart to see such a legendary grand pokemon, stuck in such a tiny space. she nodded at the zeraora, understanding. "don't worry kyogre! i'll get you out of there!" she promised, as she turned to ignis who was already rummaging through her bag for a pokeball. she glanced back up at the splashing the kyogre did, and she shook her head, standing at the small lakes edge, "try not to flail too much--the water is draining, and if you keep going like that, the lake will dry out! it's dangerous for you" she suggested, biting her lip nervously as she watched the struggling stuck pokemon. she reached out, just enough to place a shaky hand on its fin, hesitantly, "hang in there" she soothed, and finally, ignis's arm popped out of the opening of her bag, and there was a shiny red and white pokeball in his hand. "now, just cooperate with me here, i'm just going to capture you, and then take you back to the ocean where you can continue to live safely!" she promised, showing the wild kyogre. then, she threw the pokeball.

The Zeraora beckoned you with a nod to follow it, leaving the forest back into the pouring rain once again. It seemed that the ocean hadn't actually been too far away, as you were at the beach within minutes. The Zeraora nodded at you in affirmation.

—vanessa felt her feet hit the sand, clutching her pokeball with the kyogre tight in her palm, she made it to the shoreside. Finally, with one last glance to zeraora, she smiled. she threw the pokeball into the air, aiming towards the water, and with a blue flash-the grand legendary was set free. The kyogre flopped down into the water, a big wave startling her as she became soaked next to the electric-type. She let out a small laugh, "there you go, that's better, isn't it?" she hummed, glad that she could help the pokemon. lavender flapped above her, watching the huge pokemon swim in the water in amusement, while her other pokemon lay restfully in their balls.

Macaw finally succeeded in pulling off the thing! As it sprang off, it bit her hand hard. "Ow!" She looked closer at the blue thing as she held her injured hand. It had curled up in the ground and now saw it was a Dratini! She had heard about those Pokemon. Then with a groan, she realized she had probably hurt it when she had pulled at it. But why had it attached itself to Dratini and bit her? She reached out her uninjured hand toward it slowly. "Hey, I'm sorry about pulling at you. But I thought you were going to hurt Torrid." Torrid came slowly over with a wary look. "But it's okay now."

The dratini backed away from you tentative of your intentions. The blue noodle was acting strange for pokemon of its nature. It didn't take long for you to notice some sort of wire wrapped around the bottom of its tail making it very agitated.

" thank you!" Azalie replied great fully as she handed both pokeballs to nurse Joy and heading into the back to clean up. Once clean and dry again she returned to the front desk of the pokecenter, in a very good mood. " thank you again" she smiled as she picked up both pokemon, golett seemed happy and charmander seemed indignant at having a stranger clean him. The red haired trianer reassured him before waving goodbye to nurse Joy and heading out again.

As you walked out you noticed another trainer around your age trying to get the attention of trainers but all seemed to ignore him. Getting bits and pieces from his attempts at stopping trainers you could tell he was looking for some pokemon, he said something about it being stolen.

Macaw crouched down and peered closer at the wire wrapped around its tail. Her first thought was, Was the wire some kind of accessory? Then she saw it was making the little Pokemon very agitated. She beckoned Torrid closer to the Dratini. "Here try to keep Dratini calm while I take a look at this." Torrid walked over and awkwardly patted the Dratini's head with her talon. Macaw started to finger the wire, she would have to untwist it while making sure to keep the ends away from Dratini's skin so it wouldn't hurt her anymore. "Okay Torrid, keep Dratini busy. I'm going to pull this off." Torrid started to pat Dratini a little more rapidly as Macaw slowly pulled the wire off, careful to keep the ends away from Dratini. "I got it!"

She tried her best to wave with the puffs in her arms, exited the cafe, and searched for a place to sit, settling on a bench nearby. She gave the puffs to the rest of her pokemon, and watched around town as everyone ate.
