Feeling the tenstion between the two they knew the young apprentice was gonna chew Leafpelt's ears off. Once ount in the clearing of the camp they went over to the fresh kill pile looking it over deciding what to grab to share.

She nodded and got herself in position, Spottedpelt was bigger then her so she knew this would be best to show the move. "Alright so I want you to watch carefully." She smiled hearing the excitement coming off of Jaguarpaw which made her feel more excited then earlier to train him and show him new moves. "So when you are faced with a bigger opponent then yourself you want to go for the weak points." She moved quickly keeping low to the ground as she moved to knock Spottedpelt's paws out from under him.

"That's great to hear, are you excited to go out hunting?" She tired to keep a conversation, though it wasn't her strongest point. She let the others talk knowing they would probably have to wait a little bit, due to the leader and deputy sorting out patrols.

"Of course," Kestreldawn replied warmly. She studied Vinepaw, noting a slight discomfort. Who would he be willing to train with? She glanced around the camp, which was starting to empty. Finally, with a thoughtful tilt of her head, she continued on. "Actually though, it seems like most apprentices are already going out for training... In that case, let's just stick to you and me for today!" Another wide grin split her face. "Is there anything in particular you'd like to work on?"

Maplepaw's eyes lit up at his mentor's suggestion. Just what he wanted: a chance to display what he had learned so far. It would be a good practice for his final test, which was just a moon away. To him though, it was a moon too long. In his opinion, he was more than ready to tackle the duties of a warrior, although, his excessive confidence proved to be false now and again. "I'm so down! So what are we starting with?" he meowed in response. He was raring to go, with body wriggling with excitement.

Muddylake didn't really mind which patrol they could go to, but they did like hunting more. Perhaps that what they could be doing soon as Duststar mentioned group of some cats for a border patrol already.

The large tabby shook his fur out, a few leaves flying off of him as he did so. Glancing around the makeshift den of sticks and leaves and the like, he realized that he would have to go hunting today as he’d finished the last of his rabbit last night.

She nodded, still quite humored with that fact as she could picture it crystal clear. “I used to play this game called mossball, but I’m sure you two have heard of it.” She answered Slashkit, before carefully listening to Blinkkit and his questions. “No worries. And I’ll be sure to stop the game if it ever gets that far.” Evercloud spoke, feeling somewhat softened at the thought of a kit being worried that they could actively hurt her kits. She was almost sure that they wouldn’t be able to due to her thick pelt. “I haven’t really thought of any names for them. As for how many, I believe there will be three according to Dogface. But maybe when the times comes, you could help name them.”

She gave the elder a curt nod, not having meant for anything to start already. At her mentor’s response, her already flattened ears nearly looked like they were pinned to her head. “And yet again, you don’t bother listening to me.” She muttered, wanting to ruin the herbs that she’d organized as Leafpelt left the den to get something. “No thanks.” Tinypaw answered, definitely still upset but she wasn’t going to continue this. She would be a medicine cat, she would have to learn how to deescalate situations like this. “What a good morning, right?” The tortoiseshell murmured to herself, leaving the den herself. She paused for a moment to continue walking through the camp, unsure of whether or not her sister was still in camp anymore.

Acornkit sat at the entrance of the queen den and looked over at her adoptive mother, Evercloud as she talked to her adoptive siblings. Acornkit had never had any siblings, as she was the only one that was born of her litter; it was odd, getting adjusted to having siblings, although, she enjoyed it. She glanced at Slashkit and Blinkkit before looking over at Evercloud. “Evercloud,” She paused. “Err, mother. Can I go to the elder den again today?” She purred happily, hoping she could go bug the elders again. She had an attachment to listening to the elders talk about stories and history of the clan.

Cedarsnow squeezes out of the warrior den, the branches in the doorway scratching his spine. The sunlight was warm, and, without any real regret, he realizes that he slept in. Flicking his tail with contentment, he sweeps his gaze around the camp.
He knows that he should go out on a hunt, or maybe see if there was a border patrol that he could join, but his gaze pauses when it hits the nursery.
Well... there's no harm in stopping by and checking on Acornkit before he heads out. Perhaps he could see what she was craving for food. At five moons old, she would be an apprentice soon. StarClan help the warrior that got that bundle of energy as an apprentice.
As he strides over and pokes his head into the nursery, he feels a twinge of interest. Admittedly, he hopes that Duststar chooses him as her mentor.
"Hello? he calls, his eyes adjusting until he's able to make out the queens, Evercloud and the kits.

"Okay, I'll be back you lot." Riverclaw stated, dipping his head for a short farewell. He backed up out of the nursery and turned to go to the fresh-kill pile. On his way he could see some cats gathered in a group. Seems like they're heading out. Duskstar and Oakmoon are there too. He noted in his head, his gaze fixed on them until he reach the pile of prey. He eyed the fresh-kill pile for bit trying to determine what the queens would want to eat. Are they even at all picky? He wondered.
