Summary of your drawing/reason behind it: i thought this character was super cool and wanted to practice realismn so i decided to try to go for a off realismn look to both practice fur and bone textures. i love the bone mask and i like drawing teeth so it just seemed like fun and a good opourtunity for practicing digital art.
i used photographs for refrence.

it’s my first time entering one of these things, and since i recently have been doing a lot of digital art on procreate, i figured that it might be a cool opportunity to enter this contest thingy ! (ง'̀-'́)ง

quick summary: i was scrolling through IG last week and found some random person who was wearing this cool looking LED mask for halloween (i assume?), and the lighting in the photo looked just as equally cool, so i decided to get back into the digital art game by using him as a reference! it’s definitely not the same as the original photo (i won’t post that here for privacy reasons), and i just wanted to make an experimental piece. i actually did this piece directly after i was bedridden for days since i had a very important surgical procedure, and i had a sudden burst of creative energy and motivation, thus leading to the creation of this digital painting! there’s a lot of stuff i wish i could’ve done to enhance this piece, such as spending a little bit more time in order to add more detail, and also adding my signature since i failed to do so on the bottom right corner like how i usually do. (´-ω-`)
in total, i spent about 30 minutes on the entire painting! (●’◡’●)ﾉ
