Lightning Pack | Healer | Location: Meet Hollow | Tagging: Ravana

She looked up in slight surprise as an unfamiliar scent tickled her nose, and an unknown voice following close behind. Accalia had been carefully laying out her feathers and commonplace herbs, vaguely wondering if she could attract any attention for them. She wasn’t much of a trader, really, but it was nice once in awhile- and it wasn’t hard to just bring something. The Healer offered a greeting smile towards the Firewolf, nodding in welcome.
“Hello, Ravana. I’m Accalia, Lightning Pack’s Healer,” she introduced herself. “It’s a pleasure to meet you! How’re you doing this evening?” The she-wolf continued, her voice wavering slightly as she attempted to make small talk. Naturally, Accalia wasn’t very prone to talk- her job required more paws-on activities with the exceptions of questioning what had happened. A tiny glint appeared in the Healer’s eye, though the emotions that it showed were quite mixed.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon’s smile only widened as Achak came up to congratulate her. “You weren’t too bad yourself, you know,” she returned with a lighthearted giggle. She wagged her tail a little bit, but decided not to put too much effort into it as it was sore enough already. “Care to join me for a before-bed meal?” The she-wolf invited, pawing the squirrel she’d been staring at closer to her feet.

Achak smiles and says “sure!” He wags his tail and lays down near the warriors den and flicks his tail and beckons her over and says “lay beside me”

"I never really put much thought into why I spend so much time in the river, even if it’s labelled me...quite the oddball. That’s okay. I guess it doesn’t bother me? It’s loud and cold and wet, but for some reason, all of that is soothing," Fish decided, a tiny smile flickering onto her face. At the next words, she did try to imagine what their Pups would be like if that had at all been possible, and she couldn’t help but agree that perhaps it was for the better- as not to have fluffballs tracking mud everywhere they went and being EXCESSIVELY hot in the warm seasons- that they could not. "Yeah...we already have enough fluffballs in the Pack!" She agreed with a half hidden giggle.

Fish gently licked her friend's cheek, happiness blossoming in her chest at the words. Maybe she had been fishing for compliments a little, but it still warmed her. "Me too!" She agreed.

"Yeah, good idea." The Trainee fell silent for a long moment as his friend spoke, then a soft smile came to his face. "Sky-dogs on the moon..." Leo tilted his head up to look at the silvery orb that had risen overhead in an otherwise cloudless dark sky. "How big do you think the moon is then, if all the sky-dogs live there?"

She nods and says, “So how has training gone? Your training to be a Warrior correct?”

Benny Smiled and said, “My pleasure.” He was eating the vole and said, “I hope I get chose next time. I might be a full Warrior by then.”

Zeus | Lightning All Around | Location: Meet Hollow | Tagging: Fish

"I don't think you really need a reason to enjoy things. It's like if someone asked you 'why do you like having fun?' Like, hello, it's because it's fun, the answer is in the question." Zeus snorted a little. "Wolves can be sensitive about the weirdest things. You're not an oddball, you're inventive and I love you for it." She assured Fish. There were things about Fish that Zeus sometimes wished she might change - like how oblivious she was to Zeus' true affections, but... Maybe it was for the best. Zeus was willing to play the slow game and it wasn't as though anyone else appeared all that interested in Fish.

Unaware that this could be because Zeus was monopolizing all of Fish's time, save for when she was busy with Selkie and Rosa back home, she continued the conversation easily.
"Enough fluffballs, though I could do with some more pups...Actually, maybe it's best not to. All of our den-tenders have been used to slacking off - did i tell you about what I had to go through with Aala to get her to agree to do her job?" She asked ready to spill the gossip and frustration of that encounter to anyone who would overhear, whether Fish or other wolves.

"Mm, well from here it looks small, like a pebble or rock." Lucas admitted. "But maybe that's just because it's far away?" He shook his head. "Though the idea of sky-dogs being teeny tiny is amusing, I suppose the moon would have to be really big, to support all of them. Maybe bigger than this whole forest... including the Fire Pack's forest too." He considered.

"I suppose when I go join them, I'll have to ask." He thought and snorted a laugh. "Watch as they end up telling me they live in the sun instead. Or if they each occupy their own star. Or maybe they live down here, among us, but they're just invisible." He shook his head. "Things to worry about when I'm older. I've got more pressing things to think about, like when I'm gonna become a great Warrior! I know what I want in life - to be great and acknowledged. To be strong enough to protect my mate, or to support them in tough times, anyway." He raised his tail. "And I'll follow pack law so that all of us can grow stronger together!" He turned his gaze to Leo.

"What do you want out of life?"

Enui watched as Achak and Cinnamon left, Achak without so much as a farewell in her direction, only having eyes for their Scout. It was all Enui could do not to roll her eyes - it was obvious he was smitten. She narrowed her eyes slightly, the only sign of her displeasure and then turned her gaze away from the happy couple. Well... they were back in camp and they were lower ranks. They could enjoy a stress-free life... unlike the ranks of a higher power, like Beta and Alpha, or the Leads.

We have to set an example for the pack. We don't have the time to fool around or be playful, not when we have an entire pack to support. Enui had kept this mentality even when she was an All-Around, for her parents were devote loyalists to the Alpha and had ensured their loyalty continued with their pup. Enui blinked - her parents would surely be proud of her now. She raised her head a little higher, her spine becoming a little straighter, more poised. She may not take a mate - who would possibly be worthy of her, anyway? But she would be a great asset to the pack and she would ensure that it thrived, even in the most dire of circumstances.

I hope the Meet is going well. She thought. Had they thought the dueling matches yet?
