How much is this. Baby worth pet wise?

Medium Speckled Rat - 0.25 Non/3-4 MA's ~ 0.5 Non/1 Sorb so possibly anywhere between 24~32 09' Rares up to 50~75 09' Rares, depending on who are you trading with and the value they/you put on it. Demand is up to you.

its been awhile since I've seen pet values so I was curious what the basilisk set goes for now? And what do these two go for as well;

Well let's see. From what I know it is widely speculated that the Ex-Tier Store Pets have increased in price somewhere around x2 or so of their original value but this has not really yet been confirmed anywhere and I'm still trying to look more into it myself so this is my personal opinion mixed with what I've heard so far.

The Basilisks go (if you go by old Tier value) 4-5 09' Rares each, however, it is estimated that with the recent value inflation they go for about 2 Mid Advents each, leaving the set somewhere around 1 Sorbet in Value. Again, I'd check this with someone else.

Regarding the Spring Guardian and the Clydesdale, they're predicted to have the same dilemma. Either both are valued as their old Tier Value of 4-5 09' Rares or the estimated new rumored Value of 2 Mid Advents but I'd not be surprised by the new value since I have gotten two trades now for Alien Dogs of around 1 T7 Dog + for each.

I hope this was a little help, again I wish I had solid numbers but nothing is confirmed as of yet but I'd probably assume the new numbers are correct, my personal opinion tho.

It's is Sunjewel Bunny brother that is an Ex-Tier pet, the Sunback Bunny is just regular 3 Month rule I'm affraid.

The Pet value of the Rat which is a 2009 VR since it's not an ex-list is just 3 Month Rule, meaning, it's worth another VR within the 3 Month range of it's original month which is February.

Winged Wood Angel - Value of 0.5 Non/1 Sorb ~ 1 Non so if you're being offered/offering it for 0.25 Nons that would be roughly 3-4 MA's = 25-37 09' Rares
