I unfortunately have a question in regard to the pps dragon cat

this is the trade

I understand that it is a 2014 store pet and its worth comes largely from demand and that its worth varies from user to user.
however, with that said, is this still a good trade? does anyone know roughly the worth of my side? they are also asking me to add a kitsune store pet which makes me even more wary, as I am hesitant to trade it off.
