I mean honestly it sounds like it would be ok? Sort of like a salty + sweet combination, my only concern would be getting the chips soggy and that sounds nasty.

I bought a snowcone machine so I could eat shaved ice regularly for over 2 years but I never used any flavoring, I just ate the ice. (To be completely fair I was also severely anemic at the time and I think it was pagophagia cause I don't do it anymore but flavorless ice is good no cap)
