whats the rate for the dogs? like.. one dog per how many banners?

I don't think there is any rate, it's all rng. I've clicked 300 banners and I got ~3-5 each of the first two banner dogs, but none at all of the third one //shrugs

probably is just someone trying to complete a collection or hoard. 2019 rares arent valued very high by players with a lot of rares.

Usually about 75% of token pets become rare. Usually some of them come up as uncommon (at least at first) but most of them will be rare.

i'm kinda solid on the fact that most of the dogs may be uncommons and im sure the lions will all be uncommon instead of rare, because who isnt trading in for those? theyre awesome

that happens to me too sometimes. and the pets arent even on my wishlist!! i recently realized i had like 50 of the same pps dog that i somehow gathered over the years. i gave them away during lolo.
