"Of course I love purple, I have it all over!" Zarek laughed, motioning to his boots, nails, and coat. "I like light purple more than dark for clothes and stuff, though on animals and creatures and all that I think dark purples are better." He knew what Lia was doing with trying to change topics, but he just played along with a smile and tried to ignore the images in his mind of the fight coming up.

"Good point," Lia said, raising her eyebrows as she looked him up and down. Purple was her absolute favorite color, and it looked good on her. It especially looked good on him. "Dark purple? Psh. Royal purple is the best because of how rich of a color it is. Imagine an elegant dress in all royal purple! Wouldn't that look good?" In fact, it would probably look amazing. Especially if it accentuated all of her features. "What's your least favorite color?"

"As long as it wasnt sparkly or all billowy like those ridiculous disney gowns, then it would be TOO much." Zarek pointed out. Then again, any purple was like that. Which is the only reason his outfit incorparated in some black in the shoes and shirt. "My least favorite is...grey. Definitely gray, it's so boring. I like the semi-bright colors, all of them except yellow. That hurts my eyes."

"Oh! But the soft yellow, the pastel yellow, is so nice! How can you have anything against that?" Lia wrinkled her nose, thinking about her least favorite color. Suddenly, she paused, raising her eyebrows as she watched Zarek in amusement. "You do realize what color my eyes are, right?" That was sort of funny, she had to admit. "My least favorite color is one of those horrible greens. It doesn't look good on anyone, and it just makes you feel sick in the first place."

Eh...heheh." Zarek laughed nervously, rinning with a sort of 'I didn't do it' expression. "You know what I meant, right? Like elephant gray, at least eyes sparkle and stuff, that sort of dull machine grey is so weird. Ugh. I know, right? Especially on clothing, it's okay I guess on furniture and stuff, but never should it be allowed on a person in any form. Except for maybe a gem, if it's a well polished gem."

"Oh, of course I know what you meant," Lia replied sarcastically, laughing at how he tried to cover himself with excuses. "You're trying to change the subject from you making a mistake," she accused him almost cheerfully. "On furniture? No. Not even on that. That pale, yellow, pukish green wouldn't even look good in a gem. What makes you think that?" She laughed, not thinking of the color as good for anything. "Name one thing that it's actually good for."
