Unfair to you. That lion is an 09 rerelease. I'd personally consider the dog for the cat to be a fair swap, despite the year date difference. A year of difference between recent years is barely anything. If needed, you could add a bit on your side to even things out (after you remove the lion)

Unfair to you. Grinners don't have great demand, it seems. Can someone else confirm or correct what they're worth? I'm pretty sure it's either two mid-advents or two low advents.

Given that you do have many really nice store pets on your side, I'd PERSONALLY be unwilling to trade any more than the blue phoenix + winged rat for the grinner, especially since the rats are on the rarer side for store pets (not as many people purchased them).

The heart item is from Feb V-day, so potentially worth as much as an 09 rare, but I'm not sure what the demand is on them. I'd imagine one or two of the remaining store pets would be sufficient to cover their worth.
