It is not. the rat trades for a max of 0.25n while the RBM trades 1 non without issue. they would need to offer another 3 exact omgsr rats to be about fair.

It looks to be a bit over on their end as eros is a 2010 and the elf cloak is 2011. I'm not sure about the herbs, but when you also think about the demand of the two late items, it should come close.
