I know these sitting cats both came from the 2009 Christmas event, but I'm not sure if one is rarer than the other or such? Thank you in advance!

i'm pretty sure those two are worth the same, but some would value the true-date over the rerelease.

edit for clarity: true-dates and rereleases are worth the same, i was just adding that if you planned to trade the cat again, you may have more success with the TD because certain users prefer true-dates.
