Daydream tossed and turned. He was trying to get more sleep in as the clan needed him. He opened his eyes giving up on the thought of sleep and stood up. He yawned and padded into the middle of camp. "I should hunt," he mumbled

the medicine cat apprentice finished sorting his herbs and glanced out the den once more. he noticed daydream in the middle of the clearing, making his way towards the entrance. ferretpaw did a quick sweep of the den, ensuring all his herbs were sorted and properly put away. he exited the den in a quick trot, catching up to the former medicine cat now warrior. he stood in front of daydream, flicking his ear as quick, informal hello.

"are you going out?" the apprentice asked, his voice hinting at slight worry. if the tom cat was leaving camp, ferretpaw wanting to join him. his pelt prickled at the thought of leaving alone. something was dreadfully wrong, he just knew it.

"moonsong has been out for quite some time now," he continued, "and i'm starting to get worried for her. she doesn't go hunting for this long."

Daydream looked at the apprentice. "Yea. I figured I'd go hunt. Would you like to come with me and we'll keep an eye out for her?" He asked. His eyes flashed with concern as it was alarming that she hadn't been back yet

Eelstone was nethertheless to say shocked when she found out about Badgerpaw's death. It hadn't really messed around with her impatient attitude, but it still made off a more bad mood for her even. Could have been more careful. The smokey-dark cat thought waving her tail as she was mentally mourning. Rising up from her slumber, she was more willing to get any job done today. Which might've even included patrols. To fuel her emotions downward, she decided to pad out of the warrior's den to find the first cat to speak to. This being Ferretpaw and Daydream. With some step to her paws, she quickly went over. Seems she was; of course, moody today.

"Good morning,"the molly mewed, looking between the two. She hadn't really bothered much of last night. Too cold hearted and stepped away from them. She only had Nightpaw left to protect for the clan. "Are you both the only ones awake?" She was clueless of the conversation they were having as she did approach, too. So...her entrance was rather more sudden.

hey it’s been 2 weeks since the kill was posted/there’s been no exile. is it possible to close this round and start a new one? i’d like to host since i have time on my hands.

Little backstory -- Cranepaw was bullied as a kit because of her unique eye color. She has overcome that and is not a strong and supportive deputy to her leader. She does have her moments when she remembers her past but usually just runs off and hides from the pressure for a while
