Going by the old list, this is a fair tier swap. However, the hollyfox cat enjoys good demand and I have seen it trade for a t7 advent at times. ^^ but demand is up to you and your partner so really it comes down to what pet you prefer.

Unfair to the eggs. They usually go for a rare of the year they were released (more for the first couple years)
