Short Prompt (Writing/Art): Cleo dunked her head into the water. Diamond sat on Cleo's back with her scaly head tilted, she hissed. Cleo pulled her soaked head out of the water and said "what is it" she said, her snake replied by slithering off cleo's back.

Short Prompt (Writing/Art): The sea-lambie looked at the cauldron full of tasty apples. She blinked then she licked her lips. Gracefully, her nose touched the cold water. She continued "diving in" until the water fully cornered her ears. "Alright now, what should I choose".
She closed her eyes and grabbed an apple. The familiar sweet and sour taste invaded her mouth.
Right after Aerwyna got her head out of the water, the apple was devoured without a trace. The lambicorns around her were shocked of the sudden disappearance of the apple. "Oh dear god I simply love apples" she laughed, while wringing her hair.

walking into the strange tent zephyrus looks around, eyes landing on the lambicorn within. as she speaks zephyrus listens carefully as she explains that this is an apple bobbing game, and prizes may be given out. with a growing interest at these prizes, possibly something to win for her girlfriend, bea, zephyrus figures she'll have a go at trying to grab and apple. scooting over to the large couldrin zephyrus looks down into it, seeing an array of yellowy-green, red, and caramel apples. who puts caramel apples into a bucket of water? no matter, zephyrus might as well try this out. pulling off her bandana mask as to not get it wet zephyrus also braced herself. she didn't much like the idea of dunking her snout into water. breathing in and holding her breath, as well as shutting her eyes tight, zephyrus sent her face into the cauldron, gripping an apple between her teeth and rising out again.

Short Prompt (Writing/Art): Aronia peered down at the cauldron with a Skeptical look on her face, mildly worried that her body goop would make a mess in the water. She tilted her head to the side, held her mane back with both paws and very carefully used her teeth to nab whatever apple was closest to her. She probably looked utterly ridiculous but she was determined to not ruin to game for whoever was next with a mouthful of candy goop. Once she was sure she had a grip on something, she pulled back and dropped the item to the ground to inspect it.

Wonder if she’ll be as lucky this time.

Short Prompt (Writing/Art): Rome had to take his mask off to bob for apples, which he did not like. He had to be persuaded by his companion Sakura that no, there was no possible way he could get an apple in his mouth through the beak of his plague doctor mask, that just wasn't physically possible-- and no, he couldn't stab them with the beak either! Relenting to this, he handed off his mask with all the enthusiasm of a toddler being dragged to the dentist, and offered it to her to keep safe. He stuck his head right into the apple bobbing bucket in hopes she wouldn't see his face-- only to come up moments later coughing because in his rush he'd swallowed some water. Poor Sakura did her best not to laugh and made sure he was okay before breaking into the larger peal of laughter she'd been holding back. He gave it another try though! Maybe this time he'd come up with more than a mouthful of apple water!

Alright, this shouldn't be too hard... Beatrix took a breath and dunked her head into the water, squinting too see in the murky liquid. The water stung her eyes, but she kept them open anyways.
She came up sputtering, but with an apple triumphantly clutched in her fanged teeth. Only problem is...
Her teeth sunk too deep!
When she tried to release the apple, it stuck to her fangs! Frantically, Beatrix pawed at the apple in her mouth, hoping desperately that no one had witnessed the situation.
Before long - thankfully - she managed to get the apple to come loose.
Only now, it was stuck in her claws...

Short Prompt (Writing/Art):with and apple in her mouth, and eyes shut so water didn't get into them, and with her fur sopping wet, zephyrus held the first round apple in her mouth. what'd i get? she asked around the apple, her voice muffled by it. raising a paw to her head she wiped water away from her face, forcing the wet fur in all sorts of awkward directions. opening her eyes zephyrus looked down, crosseyed, and saw the golden apple in her mouth. after being told she won a sugar skull zephyrus spit the apple out, not one to enjoy citrusy foods, though there was the faintest hint of a smile on her face. i think i'll give this another go, why not, she stated, suddenly dunking her head into the water again, quite violently if you ask me, sending water spraying outwards.
