"Agh!" Beatrix screeched as she sunk into the newly-formed shadowy gunk. She struggled, but the action only seemed to make her sink deeper. Noting this, Beatrix stopped moving altogether. At least that seems to have stopped the sinking, she mentally remarked.
Taking a breath, she calmly and carefully tried to pull a paw from the gunk. Thankfully, that seemed to do the trick! Methodically, she pulled each of her feet out of the goo, shaking, stomping, and wiping her feet on the grass to get it off. With one look back at the oozing puddle, she trudged onwards into the maze.

Lamby gives a jump and a small eek herself as the shadow screeches and vanishes.

A little shook, she cautiously took the bag and was relieved to find candy corn. The lambicorn tossed the bag onto her back, in front where her lambie plush rode her shoulders. Then fixing her princess tiara she continued on.

The Trouble Troupe of moth lambabies enter the maze, most perched on the head or back of their glorified baby-sitter supervisor Lazarus. Bailiff, standing firmly between their Uncle's ears, points firmly to choose completely at random the right path. "Right!" they declare, making the choice set in stone. The other three kids began chanting in unison, "Right is right, right is right, right is RIGHT!" Lazarus, grumbling, is the one who finalizes the choice by actually turning right. He's just happy the kids are all so lightweight. Kypt is going to owe him one after this.

Aronia paused at the next fork in the road for only a moment before continuing on her path, deciding to stray as little as possible in hopes that she can find the straightest route through. She’s here half out of curiosity and half because a friend dared her to. A faint smile curled up the corners of her mouth as she thought of Meeni’s mischievous grin. That girl’s always up to something. But, as long as Aronia made it out of this maze relatively unscathed, she could forgive Meeni. With that thought in mind, Aronia bravely trudged on.

Rome carried dead on ahead without so much as a second thought. He was dead set on following this wall until he couldn't-- then and only then would he make a turn. He found that as he proceeded into the maze, the more claustrophobic he felt inside the confines of the maze. How much farther in would this thing go?

Lenny and Pablo continued on until they reached this point of the maze. Lenny looked mildly confused at this.
"Three more paths? Really? Well Pablo, since you'd like to be the judge of every single turn I take here, where would you like to go? Since my choices are always wrong according to you." The impish Lambie said this with an irritated tone. Pablo glared down at the smaller Lambie, not impressed by his words. At least he got to pick the way for once! He started going down the leftmost path, partially because last time the duo went right a most foul spot had been waiting. He didn't want to take that risk again.

Urghh!!!
What is this sliiime?! Zorra's hooves and fur were now covered in gunk, much to their displeasure. Lifting their legs high one at a time, with a gross schlop, their hooves popped free of the sludge. As they walked away, the residue left behind on their hooves began to pick up leaves and stones, and Zorra let off an irritated growl..

The two oobicorns looked overjoyed at their discovery- if not alarmed at the loud noise the creature made before its leave. "Ha, look a' that! And you almost walked right o'er it," Oobicorn says rather loudly. Oobicorn 2.0 snatches up the candy corn and puts it in a bag, "yeah, well we have it now! And quite a bit too." The two oobicorns examine their some-what covered in dirt candy before making their decision to move on.

Tapioca let out a small gasp of excitement as she uncovered the small bag of candy, eagerly stashing it away in her pouch. But... this was a dead end. Had her intuition failed her? Well... Only one thing to do now. She turned herself around, went to make the turn.
